Hi, I work for postmates delivery. Recently I went to this location to enter an order for a client. Now, I have to be very careful when I put in an order for a customer bc of course the outcome will impact my tips. With this being said, I took my time to clearly tell the drive thru young lady my order, and she proceeded to interrupt me midway through the order and say "ok, you got proceeds to repeat incomplete order alright, it'll be price Thank you" and so I said "Excuse me, I'm not done" and go on to tell her my last items needed to be ordered. Went I get to the next window to pay her, I explain to her how I work for postmates and I'm sorry if she felt I was going slow but it is her job to take my full order and not interrupt- especially when it's for another client. Cashier/drive thru young lady just rolls her eyes as I tell her this and completely ignores me. Now, I don't want to cry outrage or anything, but I do feel that this staff needs some serious training in customer service, and with social media running rampant, you want to stand out not only for your food but for your service to people that literally pay you all to even have a company standing and that indirectly pay your employees to earn an honest living. Read moreI was in the drive thru around 11 something this morning. Let’s just say the food was very dry and when I asked who I thought was the manager do all their food look like this. It’s like she was nonchalant. No care In the world about my concern. I always eat bojangles. Spent a lot of my money with this one and the one heading towards Raleigh. Spence isn’t always perfect as far as quality of the food but its never was this bad where I had to complain. I asked the lady to remake the order I believe she redropped the same fries in the grease pouring salt all over the fries when done and gave me biscuits that were cool to touch. Then I questioned her about my order for the last time because I requested two sausage egg and cheese biscuit combos wasn’t aware about 1-2 sausage egg and cheese combo and which they rung me up for she just gave me so much attitude. I wish I would have got her name because I would have left it here. I know we all are going through a crisis and those who are essential are over working but be grateful you are still able to work to take care of your family and do the work you were trained to do. Read moreI went thru the drive thru. The gentlemen handed me a bag with half my order in it. I told him I had. A 2 PC meal also. The bag he gave me had a receipt "mine" stuck to it. He he handed me a dinner and I handed it to my friend sitting in the passenger seat. I noticed it had a receipt on it so I told him to check the box for content, and it wasn't our order. I then gave it back to the young man who seemed very confused so I handed him the bag with our receipt, and said "This is our order". He passed me another box and said "this must be it" so we checked it, and it was correct. As we drove away to take the dinner to my friends Mom in hospice, I said to my friend, "I bet he gave that box you opened up to the customer that bought it.
