Wolf's Head Barbershop — Local services in Goleta

This shop has won my loyalty for a couple reasons, I’ll start off with saying the energy of the shop is great. Good music is always playing, I always have a great conversation with the barbers, and the atmosphere isn’t too serious - it is a welcoming place. I have been to barbershops where everyone seems to cool for school where you’re not comfortable. This is not that shop, excited to bring my boy for his first haircut here!

Anyways, secondly Anthony has always given me an amazing haircut, super consistent and fast service. I rock a slick back so i always get a low fade to skin with a little off top to keep it tight and he just nails it every time.

Overall I have zero complaints, keep up the great work...

I was looking around to find a place to cut my stubborn hair. I mean really stubborn, super thick, super straight with a bunch of “cow-licks”. These guys picked up had an opening and im super glad they did. I showed Tony a picture of what I wanted and he said “No Problem”. And it really did seem like it was no problem for him. He showed me every step of the way and made sure it was what i was looking for, and paid a-lot of attention to detail. Great cut at a fair price! Thanks Tony, Ill definitely be back.

I had my first haircut here today and I was excited to finally get my sides done for a mullet look I had been growing for months. When I went in I showed a picture to Tony of what my ideal cut was. He barely looked at it and asked if I wanted a 3 or 4 on the sides. I ended up deciding on a 3 because mullets innately have tight sides and I had shown him the picture so he knew what we were doing. Boy was I wrong. He apparently didn't look at the picture well at all and went straight into shaving the back of my hair. Do not come here if you don't want a basic side trimming because the barber will not look at your reference...
