Well, I went into the store and a assistant manager named Carlos asked me how could he help? I said I’d like to return these tools. I just bought I didn’t need them. He said well unfortunately it is our policy that we do not take tools back. I said well no one told me this and then I walked out of the store and as I was leaving, Carlos wanted to be a smart ass and say well enjoy your tools and laugh, which unfortunately really pissed Me off, so of course we had words and of course Carlos wanted to bring it further and come out and get face-to-face like he wanted to fight I have never in my life, headache person At a store go so far to try and make the customer Angry Carlos is a very bad employee. I don’t see how he is in the. Assistant manager, this guy needs to be fired immediately. Read moreThe staff People are great, until it comes to Jack or Jerk whatever his name is, he needs to be a door greeter for Walmart, since he likes to be rude to a 83 woman,talking condescendingly to her, besides myself calling last week at night and was put on hold waited the 10- 15 minutes, hung called back.. same thing Jerk or jack , please hold ..... This time I waited 20+ minutes, in which the store is literally 3 minutes from the house,so yeah while on hold I drove by, THEY WERE NOT SLAMMED BUST AT 730 P.M. .... Went back home after confirming Exactly what I thought!!!! So I went to the store a day or so after and the 2 younger informative workers are GREAT!! I CALLED TO SEE IF THE PART WAS AVAILABLE AND IT WAS, SO I STOPPED IN TO PICK IT UP AND JUST A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND I HAD TO GO TO THE VEHICLE TO GET SOME CHANGE AND THE YOUNG MAN REACHED IN HIS POCKET AND PAID IT BEFORE, I WALKED BACK IN! Even the Manager she is nice as can be! I just can't comprehend why and what is the PURPOSE OF JERK OR JACK? WHICHEVER!! I HAVE 0 RESPECT FOR HIM, I KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT!!! I also needed the lowest cost to get the most out of investing in an older car that I still wanted to drive safely and reliably. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience than I had with Carla and James at Oreilly's. Having visited many parts stores, these parts specialists were one of the best. Carla's knowledge of parts and repairs was impressive and James was great at finding them and matched other competitor's prices so I could get everything from one store and got advice needed on the best way to install them. They were friendly, considerate, and patient and made sure the experience with them was the best and took great pride in their job. Repairing a car can be a pain and it's nice to have the experience in buying parts make you feel you've got someone there to take the sting out of it and make you feel good for putting in the effort of doing it yourself.
