Omg the staff at this Walgreens pharmacy is awful 😢 always an attitude problem. I literally have a problem every time with my prescription. This Walgreens is close for all of us in Estrella or I would go somewhere else! Literally called yesterday- on hold for over 20 minutes waiting! Hung up called back spoke to the automated system, which informed me to pick prescription up after 3:30pm would be ready. Waited till the morning this morning, Of course was told no it’s not ready. We don’t have your prescription, but it will be here today. At some point. This happens every single time and they are so They just trivialize us as the customer like oh well.. Except I’m working and have to double back and drive all over, and have to pick up kids and take care of my dying husband. Walgreens is my go-to pharmacy! The manager, Lisa, spent several minutes assisting me with my printing needs. The pharmacy has come through for me countless times, specifically, with prompt refills, restocking proactively, and time-sensitive, specialized filling of prescriptions. I reposted my original review, as I realize it is a group effort! This time I want to single out Claire, who bent over backwards to assist my wife Donna and I with printing 37 5×7 color photographs. We have used Walgreens as our primary pharmacy but never again.. my dr sends them a prescription for a common medication.. its Friday evening..we go to pick up the script only to be told they dont have it i stock which happens very often at our neighborhood Walgreens. and they have no other alternatives to offer us... they then will not transfer to script.. cant get in touch with the Dr as its Friday night and all Walgreens can say is so sorry.. that s policy... how about helping a good client and get it from another Walgreens or transfer script... never trust your script to walgreens!!!!
