There was a very unfortunate accident where I ordered from this location and was unable to pick up the order. When speaking with the owner, my team and I were met with hostility and yelling. I told her we would pay for our order and would like to have the food donated to an organization of their choosing. Yelling still ensued from the owner, little cooperation to help accommodate the situation, and additional fees (that were not previously discussed) where charged on top of our $300+ order that we did not even see. Stopped here for lunch! From out of town. Girl at the counter could’ve had better customer service. Visited on Saturday at prime lunch time and was told their sandwiches were limited because they are closed tomorrow “Sunday.” Saturday is a busy day for everyone, wish they were more accommodating. Asked what sandwiches she recommended of the the ones she offered and was told “none, I don’t like them.” The Italian grill cheese was great, the buffalo chicken coulda been better. Don't have any energy to cook so I stopped at the butcher's daughter on the way home from doctors apt with a mask on and he got several meals that were already prepared let me just tell you I had magnificent homemade broccoli chowder and ver had beef stroganoff ribs with mashed potatoes with chives and garlic and broccoli I also picked up a homemade chicken pot pie and homemade meatballs a broccoli salad and some type of Thai chicken!
