I went in for an dermaplane facial. Intake form or questions about my skin weren’t asked. I have never had a session here before and this was my second facial ever. She briefly examined my skin and told me I have rosacea, I have never had it and have always had pretty good skin. She quickly washed my face then exfoliated it before she dry dermaplaned. She was rough and stroke were vigorous. She never explained what she was doing and left the room about 4 times without saying a word. I have cuts and a little bruise on my face and jaw line. I also have little cut marks around the eye area. She did wax my eye brows which was not necessary and not what I came for. I have facial hair still visible amongst the cuts that she left me with. I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend any of my clients or friends/family here. This is the second facial I've had. Any future facials, I'll come back to this place! When I went in she looked at my skin and asked if I had acne at a younger age and oily skin, which I do. I liked that she checked my skin and knew. The atmosphere was amazing. She has quiet music on with a water fountain sound, a warm bed and a pad of some sort for behind my knees. The entire facial was comfortable and felt thorough. She also didn't really talk to me during the facial, which I appreciated because I just got to lay there and enjoy it. She was very friendly during all of our conversations tho! At the end, she put some type of light over my face and then left. I was able to fall asleep. My husband purchased the mothers day facial package for me this year as a surprise. I have to say I was very impressed, not only with my husband but with the package as well. With everything she did it took a little over 2 hours. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep while she was massaging my face lol. The package also included an arm, shoulder,and neck massage and hand massage. Along with a foot and calf massage. She also put a special moisturizer on my hands and feet with a warmer.
