Never, I repeat NEVER, go to this store!!!!!! Everyone at this store is con artists! They will do whatever it takes to get the sale including lying to you! When you ask for them to put it in writing they refuse to do so and tell you if you don’t want to believe them, then that is on you. Well sorry nobody believes you because you lie every time. I went in to get the wife a new phone due to hers not working properly but they did not have the phone she wanted so they had to order it. At the time of them ordering as well at the time of purchasing it we asked all the important question such as this wasn’t going to change the bill, they were not changing anything on the account, that we would not have any new charges on the account or bill and that that the monthly payment would not change. They insured us nothing was getting changed on the account or with the bill so everything would be the same. We also explained to them that we wanted to buy it outright and not do any payment plans or be on any kind of contract and they insured that she would not be on any contract. When the wife went back latter on her own they put her on a payment plan for the phone instead of buying it outright and would not let her pay for it out right and it was too late because her phone was not working. Again they insured the only additional payment on the bill would be the payment for the phone itself which would only be 13.30 per month for 36 months. Due to her needing the phone right away, the corporate office not having the phone and them refusing to take the phone back unless we paid a $75 restocking fee, we just took the phone and we’re going to just do the payment plan. Her phone typically costs $39 per month. When the bill came the next month her phone bill it was $118.71 for the month. When she bought the phone they charged her $95 for an activation fee. When we contacted the corporate office to find out why the charge was such a big difference they stated there was a $10 per month phone protection plan that was added to the account that was not asked for and was not offered to us they just added it, the $13 per month for the phone itself and then they stated the rest was for a one time activation fee. This means they kept our activation fee payment that we made to them and did not report it to the corporate office! This is theft and if it does not get fixed, will be reported to the police as such, Once again DO NOT ever go to this store! You will be wasting your time and your money! Save yourselves the headache and go to the corporate store where they will be more...
Read moreI was pretty disappointed with my situation. I had an unlocked iPhone 6 which I was told would not be able to transfer over to Verizon from T-Mobile. The person working with me even looked up the serial number on my phone and confirmed "sorry, there is no way you can use this phone on our network. There are some phones that may work, but their service is not as great because they're not "set up" for our service." But a day later I thought, ah why not give it a try... popped my SIM card into my old iPhone 6.... and it works great, I get full service and just as good of service as my wife in the same areas as her. JUST BE CAUTIOUS. VERIZON WIRELESS IS A BUSINESS AND THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, which is fine because that's business, but it is pretty unprofessional to lie to your customers. Luckily I didn't buy the $800 iPhone they were trying to sell me, and just took the free base phone and switched out my SIM card and put it in the $250 refurbished iPhone 6 which I have been using for the past 2 years and still works great (besides the internal antenna which I replaced myself for $7, but that's...
Read moreI was quite impressed with this store. Two tech were on duty, and both were working with customers when I came in. First, I noticed that they had stools to sit on, for both the techs and the customers. A plus!! I waited and put my two phones on the counter top: I had a problem with my battery going out quickly, and they sent me a new phone. The tech who was working with another customer looked at that evidence, saw that I needed to have my information put on the new phone, and reached over and started to do it during pauses with his customer. He was very friendly, reassuring, and competent. He kept working with both of us, as we had to wait during pauses for the information to download into the new phone. When he was finished with his other customer and my new phone was downloaded, he showed me how to do a "screen shot", as I wanted to download some texts I had received. ...
