Culver’s — Restaurant in Goshen

I am editing my review from 3 years ago. I dont typically have much to say about fast food as its more of a utilitarian stop for me.. but Tonight I was working late ant took a break to grab food at 7:40 ish and arbys was closed early (no staff supposedly), so I ran across to culvers and as I ordered I made note of the cars at McDonald's window waiting for food.. as I paid and pulled into Culver's "waiting lines" there were 8 cars ahead of me. And I still got my food b4 the first car in line at McDonald's moved! In this new world of excuses, and mediocre customer care because we as consumers have been taught to be kind because "they only have 2 employees" it seems only Culver's has figured a way to not only keep fast food fast but also to keep it fresh and tasty and friendly staff that don't seem like that are being abused by customers or exploited by their employer. (Only my perception). So.. thank for reminding me what I should expect from a fast...

I ordered online first time I've done it with you guys at 1120 and I checked in parked where it said I literally sat there til 1158 I then drove to the drive thru window and they said sorry were closed then someone came to the speaker she then asked me to wait a min. So I did the. I told her I had an order she said oh yeah we were wondering were you were she said something didn't come thru on the computer . So what would have happened if I didn't go thru the drive thru to check on my order ?? They would have just closed and I still would have been charged for food I never received?? Or would they have called me to see if I was coming?? So that was my issues it would have been nice for them to call and check since I did order a milkshake which they had it already made . I've only went into this Culver's once but i have gotten drive through many times. Inside it was kinda a free for all atmosphere that i didn't really care for. The girl at the register was kinda rude with no care as to my 5 year old daughter ordering and not sure what she wanted. However the drive through has always been spot on. Great food and great service! It's like once you've had Culver's you can't go back to McDonald's or burger King because they pale in comparison. This location of Culver's is very consistent. I didn't like the pickles they were using about a week ago. I don't know if they couldn't get their normal pickles or what but they were way bitter and gross. Anyways great Culver's location!!
