Had a horrible experience waited an hour to be seated which was expected with a big party and a new restaurant but after we were seated we had to sit for over 30 minutes with dry chips no salsa no drinks or anything then had a very long wait for the food which again was expected but when ordering the waitress new nothing at all about any of the dishes had no idea what sides they came with or what toppings were on them after the food started coming out most of it had small stuff wrong but it wasn't a big deal but 2 people in our party ordered a dish that was literally just a tbone steak with cheese sauce and got the wrong dish a piece of carne asada with a red sauce the waitress couldn't identify and the waitress argued with us saying we were wrong until we pulled out the menu and showed her exactly what it was supposed to be then they took it back and we had to wait another 20-25 minutes and again got the wrong thing another random piece of meat with different toppings and again sent it back as it was still the completely wrong dish and the third time she brought it out it was again something completely different and we sent it back again at that point after having been there for 2 hours already we were told they were out of tbone steaks and after that the 2 people who had ordered it decide not get anything at all after receiving the wrong thing 3 times and being told they wouldn't have been able to make the correct one in the first place the waitress then said she would have a manager come talk to us and she came back and offered the 2 who didn't get food free desserts as well as 25% off the entire order to make up for so many mistakes when we went to leave after waiting for a manager to come talk to us which never happened we brought our receipt where the waitress had written down instructions for the 25% off and the free desserts to the counter to be pay and informed the person at the counter of what the waitress had said and showed them the instructions she wrote and gave them the card to pay after it was charged and we got the full receipt we saw they took $15 off our $200+ bill not 25% off and told us the free desserts that we never asked for the waitress offered them to us was part of the discount which still would not have been 25% off and they refused to get a manager or owner to talk to us even though we asked many times and the waitress said she told them to come talk to us overall the experience was terrible the service was garbage the food we did get was bland or had wrong items and they did not follow through with any of the things they offered to make up for all these mistakes we will never go back and hope no one else goes there as they have no idea to run...

I have over 4 millions views and I’m an very good reviewer. First this place is clean, from the seats, to the floors, to the menus. The waitstaff are great looking with clean attire. The decor of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful, from the walls, to the chairs, to the tables. Food- The food arrived hot in temperature and very very delicious. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with a side of refried beans. The margarita was great, I can taste alcohol inside, not a sugary drink at all, I purchased the medium size, which is huge and all I needed. My waiter (Daniel) checked on me several times, which was a plus. This is by far the most upscale Mexican restaurant in Goshen area. This restaurant reminds me of another favorite Mexican restaurant of mines, located on CR 17, Elkhart. Highly recommend over any other Mexican restaurant in Goshen. I think whomever are the owners, they came to deliver and they most definitely did, it’s great here, food...

This place is a solid Mexican establishment but nothing to write home about. The chips and salsa were fast but the chips were a bit stale. We ordered the guacamole azteca which was a good call because it was super good and saved the rest of the meal! I ordered the combo platter with a tamale and Chile relleno. Both were good but not great. The rice had strange vegetables mixed in, corn and Lima beans. My husband had the carnitas, he enjoyed them but said his made at home are better lol. The service was good but also not great. Waiter forgot my order and had to ask what it was, bus boy forgot my order when he came out with my husbands food, and we had to ask for a refill on our drinks. Overall a solid option but nothing phenomenal.

Came here again on 7/21/25 and my overall Thoughts and review still stand. Ordered lunch 2 and would still give a 4 stars. Burrito filled with ground beef, good...

Watch this place VERY CAREFULLY. They screwed me out of $1.61. I know it's not much, but it is the principle that matters. I ordered 3 soft tacos. Menu says for 3 tacos = $8.50. They charged me $9.75. Naturally, I questioned it and the server was too new to notice it. I asked 4 the manager. He barely knew English (for a restaurant located in the USA, go figure). He didn't offer any explanation but he said he would show me the computer. I said the computer must match menu pricing. He offered me no discounts, no free meal in lieu of my horrible experience. I have been here about 4 times and the visits before have been satisfactory besides the poor server staff every so often. Make sure your C.P.A. goes with you here for a meal so he/she can double check the math. Does anybody know if the El Rancho Viejo owners bought out El Camino Real?
