We had a very short visit this time to this Wing's Etc location. We got there at about 9:30 and I told my husband that they were closing soon to go ask and make sure we can order and eat like normal before we get our children out of the car. He went in didn't see anybody at the front so he proceeded to the bar and asked the bartender if we could and she said she didn't see a problem with it. He then came out and told us it was ok so we all went in. My husband, our 2 youngest boys (our almost 5 year old and our 3 year old with autism) and myself. Our 3 year old and me proceeded to the restroom while my husband got us a table. He ordered drinks for himself and the boys and an appetizer for us to share. I got there just in time to order a mountain dew for myself. She left and brought us our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. Before we could answer she started giving us a list of what we couldn't order because it was so close to closing time, any meat over medium cooked couldn't be ordered, we usually get well done but we were willing to order medium because we like the food here. We ordered simple since we did feel bad for being there so late. 2 children's cheeseburgers plain and curly fries, and 2 Stand By Burger's medium with cheese and bacon with curly fries. My husband requested no pickles, even though he's not too picky so if it were to come with a pickle he would have just taken it off well I ordered the same thing, but I am very picky so I politely said "absolutely no pickles for me too please I just can't stand pickles." She then asks me "so not even the pickle spear?" I said "No ma'am" she then starts to walk away and I caught a glimpse of her rolling her eyes and I heard her say under her breath "well okay then" after about 5 minutes she brings the appetizer and the kids begin to enjoy the pretzel sticks with cheese, which I thought was strange because cheese for dipping was one of the things we couldn't order due to it was so late. 10 to 15 minutes go by and she brings out all of our baskets with Burgers and Fries hands my husband our 4 year olds basket tosses our 3 year olds basket at me which I thought ok? Not sure what just happened. Then I thought maybe she's just hoping that I didn't see that I was a waitress for over 5 years so I know mistakes happen. She then proceeds to wait for my husband to turn around from giving our 4 year old his food and she hands my husband his basket then she TOSSES my food infront of me like I'm some kind of animal, personally I don't even feed my dog with such disrespect, and then she looks at my husband said "Enjoy your meal I'll be back soon to check on you" then walks away. My husband and children then start eating their food oblivious to what she just did. A few minutes go by as I sit there in shock that that had just happened and my husband asks me "Aren't you going to eat? It's really good!!" I told him what had just happened and he just sat there confused because she did all of this whole his back was turned or while he was admiring his food. About 5 minutes pass and she comes back to the table to "check" on us and we both just sat there. I don't like confrontation so when she asked a second time if everything was ok I looked away from her and said "we're fine" she must have noticed I didn't even touch my food because she asked me if I needed a to go box. My husband said "we'll take 4 boxes" she responded "ok, I'll get her a box" my husband then said "No, WE will take 4 boxes and the check" she then hurried and brought the boxes and the check, my husband quickly handed her the money, this time he didn't leave a tip. We're not sure what all of that was about but that is NOT how you get a tip and definitely NOT how you treat customers. We ended up leaving a little after 10. After we got home I did end up trying my food at least and it was exactly what I ordered, even down to the no pickle. So the food was great just the service from one person ruined our entire experience. We will definitely NOT be gone back to...
Read moreWe got there to a nearly empty restaurant and waited 15 minutes for someone to come up to the front desk and was told that there would be a 30-40 minute wait. Understood with these times but still confusing. Come 40 minutes we had not been updated and asked about it. Was looked at with confusion and then told the waitress might be ready for us. When we finally got seated it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks/apps, and the apps were cold, and then we ordered our meal. Come 9:40, having showed up at 7:30, we were asked if we wanted another drink cause food wasn't done yet. After watching multiple tables that arrived after us get their food before us we asked what was going on. it finally arrived and it was after 10pm and had clearly been reheated and even then was still cold. we had to leave due to our 1 year old needing to be put to bed. When we made a comment about the long wait the waitress made it seem like it was our fault for coming in at 730 and not earlier. Customer service was awful and I will NOT be returning.over $90 for...
Read moreTook forever just to get our drink order, and multiple tables complained about the same issues. By the time our server came to get our drinks, we had our full order figured out. Despite explaining what food was to be apps and what was the main meal, everything still came out together. The stuff was barely fried and was beige and sad-looking, but tasted fine. Our server kept forgetting who had what drink, what food, what sauces, and what sides - and there were just 2 of us dining. She also wasn't knowledgeable of the menu and had to refer back to it. This isn't the first time having this issue, dine-in and carryout have been the same experience. We still tipped 20% because the servers don't make enough, but don't take that as us saying it was worth the price. We won't be back without seeing changes first. We try not to complain unless something is actively happening that is offensive in some way, but this has honestly been a reoccurring issue at...
