subway — Restaurant in Goshen

i would highly recommend not visiting this subway. the ladies there were extremely rude and unprofessional! i went on free hero sub day with my 3 children to get free subs and at first i was told 1 per visit. i knew better and told them no it is 1 per person and showed them the screenshot on my phone and then the person behind me shows them her phone and says “it does say 1 per person. they then decided to give my kids one also and told us that it comes with everything recommended and i said that’s fine but just no cheese on any of them and she proceeded to tell me again that she can’t do that and they come how they are. that’s when i had to explain to her that i am allergic to dairy and can’t have cheese and she so rudely asked “so the rest of them can” and i was tired of arguing with her at this point and told her if you got to then whatever but im just gonna take it off so better just to save it for you guys instead...

The employees are rude and incompetent. I came to the counter and the employees argued about who would take me. "I did the last one," is what one girl said several times as she sat at a table with another employee. I wasn't sure if I had the correct address for my mobile order, so the employees were asking each other what the address was. How the hell do you not know the address of where you work? They had to go outside and look at the door. Couldn't fill my online order because they were out of bread completely. They only had wraps...

Very clean very friendly the girl who made are food was so sweet and so patient with my daughter !! She also worked with all of are orders which was all pretty difficult!! She was very sweet girl. Also the girl who check us out was very pregnant and still very sweet!! She made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were taken care of well!! Thank you to both of those young ladys for all your help and being so sweet you will go far in this world...
