I honestly love eating here, have enjoyed the food AND the customer service until today. The server Erika I. Is one of the rudest servers I have ever encountered in my life. As soon as I started ordering she kept telling me to hurry up on my decision for what I wanted on the two quesadillas I was ordering for both my husband and I. I didn't say anything till the very end when she then proceeded to rush me to pay when I then asked her to please stop rushing me. She then with a snappy tone told me she only has 4 minutes to do an order, mind you I was ordering for two which is besides the point, no one should be rushed like that. I said for us to not talk about it anymore and she asked if I wanted to speak to her supervisor I said no and handed her my card. She proceeded to rant and tell me that I need to be faster next time and continued on when I asked her to drop it. So I said nevermind I'd like to talk to the supervisor, since the Supervisor only spoke Spanish my husband spoke for me since I am not fluent in Spanish and explained what happened and she apologized on her behalf, mind you the same lady is still ranting in the background in Spanish. Honestly this whole experience brought me to tears, was in shock and honestly angry from how I was being treated by this Erika when I really just went with my husband to have a nice meal on a Sunday night. My girlfriend and I went to dine when at the counter. Two ladies were taking orders one customer in front of me that could not decide on his toppings while the other employee ask my girlfriend and I what we would like as she took the order she got three items at which point the employee got distracted and began to cook the food must be some kind of attention disorder because she forgot about me and as I wait there for my order to be placed a group of army soldiers walked in about 20 of them and when she went to finally give us attention, I mentioned I have not placed my order and she looked confused as if she’s not understand what we were saying, so I told her in Spanish, so she laughed at me when I told her that I would like a burrito she began to cook it continue to ignore me and laughing at me at this point I decided I did not want the burrito and I left angry. My girlfriend didn’t get no sauces. This place is sorry I can’t wait for you guys to go out of business and the food wasn’t even all that it was cold. No salsa for the chips no sauce or nothing. Never had a problem and it's better than Chipotle because they don't charge for extras until it's overly excessive or it's extra meat, bacon, or guac. I mean it's not organic, but it's home cooked by the Cuban lady's. The melted cheese "queso" is great with literally anything. I recommended the nachos for any group of people that are hungry, it comes with whatever you want with two scoops of that yummy melted cheese. The burritos are great to and if they break it they'll fix it easily by either with covering it with cheese, double wrapping it, or putting it on another tortilla, but if you add squishy ingredients: ground beef, melted cheese, refried beans, then it's your fault. Bowls fill anyone up, no matter what. And they have taco salad in their secret menu. You could grill stuff with the meat, example: bacon, onions, pico, etc. Fish is great even its fried because it's so nicely made and it goes great when making fish tacos with the garlic cilantro sauce.
