Vulnerability is not easy for me. Either is lifting weights. So the very thought of joining any type of group fitness place scared me to death. But my friend's positive experience and results with AMRAP Method couldn't be denied and she convinced me to give it a try. She was kind, patient and down to earth. Everyone is really nice and the workouts are always challenging. I came to AMRAP because my lower back was hurting and my core was very weak. In just 2 weeks flat my low back feels strengthened and my energy feels increased. Here, you will always have someone pushing you to do your best, but they will not push you in an unreasonable way. They encourage you to do what you can until you feel you can do more. I had a bad habit of picking weights that are too heavy for me. But the instructor is really good with watching everyone to make sure you don't hurt yourself and that proper form is used when exercising.
