Don't order from the Grafton location. Just go somewhere else. Order from any other pizza restaurant in the area. The store leadership simply doesn't care. The manager actually hung up on me.
Placed an order tonight at around 9:50pm. Tracker says it will arrive at 10:24pm. I wait, the tracker says it is being prepared. I call in at 10:54pm to check on the order and the automated system says it's been canceled. Nobody communicated that to me, the tracker says it's still being prepared, and nobody at the restaurant picked up.
Edit: Whether the manager is overwhelmed, is actually just an indecent person, or they have just given up, it's clear they don't care about customer service, or making things right. I called the manager the next day to explain my situation. I explained that I hadn't recieved any notification that my order was cancelled, and what an inconvenience it is to be waiting on an order that would ultimately never come.
I recieved a confirmation email for the order, the tracker said it was bring prepared and would be delivered, the phone system stated that they were still open, doordash was still taking orders, their website was still taking orders, and google said that they were still open.
According to the manager, there were no employees working at the time that I ordered online. If that's the case, the store shouldn't be taking online orders and sending out confirmation emails. I said that i'd like a voucher. They said no they wouldn't provide a voucher, that they gave me a refund (which of course they did, it would be theft otherwise) and then hung up on me.
If your restaurant is taking online orders, and sending out emails with trackers that are telling people that the pizza is coming, and then not communicating that the pizza is no longer coming, causing people to just sit and wait, that is the fault of the restaurant. Offer a voucher. A refund is the bare minimum when someone doesn't...

To the point, the website tells me that my online order was not able to be completed. My thought was that I hope pizza hut would take my money and it would never go back on my card. A few minutes later, the pizza hut delivery person is in front of my work place with my online order. That is great but do they plan on calling me or texting me that the order went thru because I was not sure what was going to happen.
