I posted this negative review over a half a year ago, and not long after that, I noticed a great improvement. I’ve heard really great things about the place and I’ve seen the dogs seem much happier. Now whenever I hear the dogs crying outside, it’s never for more than a few minutes. Most likely just cleaning up a mess before they can bring them back in or something. I’ve still never actually been in there yet, but I have been meaning to and have even considered bringing my pooch. I apologize for the harsh judgement earlier, I was just worried due to seeing and hearing things with lack of knowledge or context. ———————————————————————————— July 2019 post: I live right behind the place, and all they do is let the dogs outside in a fenced in square, just cement, no grass or shade, and leave them all alone with no one to watch them or give them any attention. And the dogs just bark at the door all day long. It’s really quite sad in my opinion and really annoying to listen to all day. I can’t even let my dogs outside anymore because they just hear those dogs barking and bark back. I’ve worked at a lot of dog places and not a single place has ever allowed dogs alone in a pen, there always has to be at least one person out there with them, if not giving them attention, at least watching them! So many times have I walked over there and wanted to just jump their little fence and pet the lonely doggies. If you’re gunna take your dog there, you might as well just tie them up in your backyard and save the money. I hope they’re not charging too much because I haven’t seen them do anything.
Granted, I have never been inside or actually talked to anyone, this is all just an outsider looking in. I judged them right away based on what I see and hear. I’m sure the people are very nice and maybe they are just underemployed, but my sister and I have both attempted to apply to work there and got no response.
Maybe they have a good reason the dogs are left outside in the hot sun with no attention, maybe I’m missing something. I just hate the hear the chorus of lonely cries and barks all day. It’s obvious what the dogs are saying, begging...

I am going to start this off my saying I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes you have to. Yesterday my dog went in for a full groom and a blueberry facial. I had need been here before reviews looked good so let's try it. I called and asked before I dropped my dog off if I could pick her up a little later due to me working a little later. No one called, texted, for even said anything at drop off. The ladys at the front desk were on video calls, and their personal cells yelling at the people on the phone. Which was uncomfortable. My dog was there for 3 hours no call no text. I had to call multiple times with no answer. Which was worry some. I finally got a text that my dog was ready. My dogs haircut and groom came with the blueberry facial came out to $87. I have a 25 pound cockapoo not a big dog. I paid the terrible price and left. When I got home I noticed how the hair cut was not what I had asked for. I asked for my dogs paws to be left longer they were not, the rest of her coat is very uneven. And her ears. I tried calling multiple times no answer again. I finally got a call back from Maggie the manager. She basically defended the groomer hannah, when I knew she wasn't going to do much for me I asked for a refund or some of my money back. She said well the groomer does work on commission so I would have to talk to her. I also told her it doesn't seem like they stand behind their work, Maggie said "i stand behind my groomer". She also said Hannah would call me, I haven't received one.
So beware of this place, and take your dog somewhere with good...
Read moreJust got my pup back from boarding him for six days, the boarding was excellent! I got reviews of everyday with photos included, a little summary, letting me know who he played with, and if he ate all of his food. I appreciated these updates it helped my nerves settle and made me feel I left him in a safe place. BUT I had added a bath to his service to get done before I picked him up and was NOT PLEASED with that service. At drop off I told them to not touch his nails because I had just done them at home (I’m a groomer at PetSmart so I know how to do so before anyone says it probably wasn’t done correctly then). When receiving him I was told by the lady that did the bath that his nails were pretty short but she clipped them anyways only getting a little of the tip off and ended up quicking him a bit (quicking is the affect when you cut too short exposing the nerves in the nail causing them to bleed). This upset me since I had told them not to touch his nails! Then after getting home and him snuggling with me I had smelt a strong urine smell from him, his belly it smelled like urine and his chest was sticky like there was still soap on it. His undercoat still felt a bit damp and he smelt like a wet dog like he was not properly dried through. Will definitely come back for boarding but NEVER ANOTHER...
