Plaza Latina — Local services in Graham

Extremely disappointing experience. The posted store hours say they close at 9 PM, but the employees have clearly decided they’re done with work well before that. They’ve been locking the doors around 8:40–8:45 PM and won’t let anyone in, even if you show up in time. What’s worse — they’ll see you standing right outside, make eye contact through the glass, and then completely ignore you. No explanation, no courtesy — just pure indifference.

If the owners are reading this, you seriously need to either update the hours on Google to reflect when you actually close, or have a conversation with your staff about respecting your customers and store hours/policies. People like me are wasting their time, gas, and energy thinking they have until 9 PM, only to be treated like a nuisance for walking up 15–20 minutes early.

This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s unprofessional and disrespectful don’t be surprised when people leave...

If you are looking for a very bad service... This is the place to go. You get rude service at the little restaurant they have, rude service at the bakery, the worst service at the register. All personnel have a lack of personality and should not be on the customers services. Probably training will help.? They all seem to be very unhappy to have a job. Personnel of La Plaza Latina, have it ever occurred to you, that if it wasn’t for the customers that walk into the store you wouldn’t be in business and you all wouldn’t have a PAY CHECK???! So yeah never coming back here and will not recommend...

Disappointing Experience – Bad Customer Service & Overpriced

I had a terrible experience at Plaza Latina Food Market. The customer service is awful—staff members seem uninterested and unhelpful. The kitchen area is a mess when it comes to communication; they don’t take orders correctly and make you wait longer than necessary.

To make things worse, when you go to pay, they use outdated payment systems and overcharge for their products. The taxes and extra fees feel excessive compared to other stores. Definitely not worth the hassle. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend...
