Need an indicator that doesn't even rate a "star". July 9, 2024 sent my adult grandchildren to pick up upgraded iphones at this store location. Made sure they were authorized users on the account and they had the required ID. A young man, thin, with brown hair, who's name might be "Levi" refused to provide the already purchased phones to them because the ID was on the phone and not the physical card. They left the store and called me as I live an hour away. I called the store and spoke with this young man who was rude from the greeting. He insisted he could not do anything according to "policy". Refused to provide his name. Asked for Mgr, he said not there. Asked for name, and he said Taylor. Asked for last name, said I don't know. Ask if anyone else was in the store I could speak with, and he said no. There was, as my grandkids were outside the store looking in. He untimely "hung up" on me. Shortly after I got a text message stating my order was cancelled. Then followed up by e-mail. I did NOT cancel my order, he canceled it without my permission. This young man has no concept of "customer service". I was annoyed and frustrated but never yelled or used any profanity, I just wanted to speak to someone who knew how to speak to me with respect and some knowledge of what my options were. Read moreThis is THE BEST AT&T store & staff I've ever dealt with, in 30-plus years of dealing with cell phone reps. My AT&T account was a MESS when I first moved to Granbury in 2021, and I came to this store for help. The then-manager and an associate named Baylee both took the time to help me get it straight - and we're talking about 12 hours over a course of 3 days.
Now, it turns out the former manager left and Baylee, who'd already been promoted to Assistant Manager, is now Manager of this store. Baylee KNOWS what good customer service is all about, and her staff reflects that. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait for someone to help - but realize, like many other businesses, this store is short-staffed at times, and if you're waiting it's because the associate is giving their full attention to the person they're working with - just like they will to YOU when they get to you.

I didn’t have my id with me and I understood that But what happened after I came back minutes later after paying though the app was unacceptable This disrespectful and very unfriendly lady put her hand up at me And said to me “what did I want her to do about it” when I was trying to show her that I payed like I promised i would.
