Subway — Restaurant in Granbury

I used to work here. For all you saying the employees need more training? Yes they do. I was never trained properly. Jenny the manager lives with spring her asm i beliece. They are not good at their jobs. Spring and lisa would constantly go to the back and smoke with the door open. The food has cigarett smoke all over it. Employees are trained by other employees not the manager. Spring, jenny, and lisa are only there in the mornings and leave night shift to clean everything up. Dishes, food, stocking. All they do is prep and very seldomly make sandwiches. Lisa will grab the hot food with her gloved hands because she burnt off the nerves in her fingers. The gloves melt so she is essentially touching the food. Breanna only works tgere because she is spring's niece. I used to be friends with avryl, briannas sister. No encouragement from the manager, no compliments, over worked and more. Dont expect the staff to know how to put sandwiches together, and what amount of meat is needed. We were NEVER taught. Only good food are the chips and bottled drinks.

WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING!!! This Subway has to be the worst one I have ever ordered from. The lack of management is nothing other than absolutely ridiculous. I have place 2 mobile orders and have been disappointed BOTH times. The first was in January, and my wrap was MEATLESS. I mean who forgets to but meat on a wrap... it wasn't a veggie wrap! Just yesterday I gave them a second chance and boy was this worse than the first time. I arrived at the store, running 5-10 minutes later than i had specified I would pick up my order and the children working had not even became making the 3 sandwiches that I had order. The receipt was placed by computer, so they were aware of the order, but instead of the children making my order they were gathered by the counter hanging out. I was in a rush, hence the online order, and the running a smidge behind. I had to walk out empty handed. The manager (if you want to call her that) just called and apologized and said they would refund my money, well no kidding, you sure are because I didn't even...

I will not do business with this location again! When ordering in person in early September the cashier / clerk put her fingers inside our soda cups as she handed them to us. I was turned off by that but just prayed that she didn't have any illegal substance or communicable diseases and did not ask for clean cups. I ordered with the app on 9/13 for a to go pick up because I was tight on time and when I got to where I was taking the food I discovered I was missing half of the bags of chips and the sandwich that was supposed to have smashed avocado didn't. Their system sent me a link to give them a review and I did so explaining what happened. All I ever got from them was an automated reply (I suppose based on my extremely dissatisfied overall rating) that said something like "oh we're sorry you weren't happy, we hope you'll come back and give us another chance." I have waited all this time to receive a more personal response and I wait no more. So bad public review...
