I've been to this store a few times and always have a pleasant experience. Last Saturday I took my daughter in and we had an Amazing experience! I wish I knew the lady's name that took care of us. She was SO helpful, offered lots of suggestions, and was just a joy to be around. Many times while out shopping it feels like all customer service has vanished but not at Cato!
