Not that the store itself is all that bad, but Verizon Has been so horrible to me itās actually Unbelievable what has happened and what Iām going through currently with Verizon.. Mainly customer support they donāt do anything they donāt care they go by what they have to say with policy and then they never actually handle the situation. Itās just fake and they are disrespectful towards me.. My account information has been compromised, My identity has basically been taken. Iāve overpaid Services that were never properly coming to my phone. Iāve been through three replacements in a For my device.. I have false promises left and right from Verizon.. Never get anything they promise. And after them doing all of this, I canāt even get my account closed so my stuff stop being compromised Without me, spending a ton of money and penalty fees.. Iāve talked Every department Agents, supervisors, managers And not a single thing Is done to resolve my issues.. One thing I have a problem with is I ordered a service home Internet online With a promotion And when I get to the store to pick it up the girl who help me out Didnāt activate the line I put online.. Instead, she created one and it wiped my promotion .. I just feel like Verizon has completely robbed me of so Many many many things To get the services and Care I have been getting I wouldnāt even spend a dollar And yet Iāve been spending $200 a month or more for Phone and tablet planā¦. He never smiles and he always says I can't help you or redirects me to a different store. He's not busy when I go in. He's usually on his phone or playing on a tablet. He does not smile, his attitude is ridiculous. The first time I went into the store to pay a bill he said you can pay it online you don't have to come in here and acted like he didn't want to take my payment. Well I preferred to pay it in the store. He was not busy at this time either. I went into the store on 2/14/17 My phone quit working and is covered under warranty. He did not look up my account he immediately said I can't help you. You will have to go to weatherford. I told him I did not know my way around weatherford and would have to travel with two kids and no phone. He said I don't know what to tell you. You can call Verizon technical department. I said with what phone he said I don't know. I said can I borrow your phone? He said I guess. As I was on hold trying to get things taken care of I watched him refer several customers to a different location or him tell them to call a number. So what is this employee getting paid to do? Because he for sure isn't doing his job. I drove 1hr 40 minutes to my home town Graham Texas. That was the best service ever. I now have a phone being mailed to me and they made sure I was helped and did everything in their power to make sure I was well taken care of. So why is it that when I have a perfectly good store in Granbury TX my needs can not be helped or taken care of? How do I get a hold of corporate or a manager that is in charge? So that other people in Granbury are taken care of for the price they pay for...

I was wanting an iPhone SE 128GB. We were told that they do not carry these in the store and it would have to be ordered. So that was not an option for me. He then proceeded to review what options were available to me. He statedā you are eligible for an upgrade and if you purchase the SE 64GB you will receive a 300.00 rebate to trade in your current iPhone making your cost $110.00. āSo we agreed on that promotion and he began to set the phone up. Mind you we were his first customer of the day and it took 2.5 hours to get through the entire process. Christian also failed to disclose that Apple no longer provides a charger block with the purchase of you phone and the cord has changed so an older charger block is not compatible. More money for Apple. Once I got home I happened to look at the paperwork (my bad for not reviewing before I left the store) and noticed nowhere did it reflect the 300.00 rebate for trading in my iPhone. It reflected that the entire 410.00 was financed. Not cool at all. Very deceptive sales tactic.Verizon will be hearing from me as well because this store represents the Verizon products.
