Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Granbury

2 years ago-Lousy chicken noodles soup. No taste whatsoever. Campbell's at least has flavor. Sandwich was good as usual.

05/29/23- a few weeks ago I was in line for breakfast. It was a very long and extremely slow moving line, i was waiting about 25 minutes. Just as I got to the menu to order a guy changed the menu from breakfast to lunch as it had turned 10:30. I explained I was in the line for breakfast for a long time but they refused to take a breakfast order. I had to sit through the line in order to even get out. Now today, May 29th I go to get breakfast. The entree on the outside menu board said the price was $3.79. I ordered 2, one for my friend at home and one for myself. When I got the the window I was told $9.99 was due. I asked how could this be. I was then informed that the sandwich only was not $3.79 but was $4.45. WOW! That is a very big jump in price. I asked why it was different on the outside menu board. No one could explain. The one guy said that price changed in February and again just recently. I explained that was false advertising and he was clueless as he said the menu was supposed to automatically update. I told them if it didn't then tape over the incorrect price and advertise the correct price. I refused my sandwich for that ridiculous price. I bought my friends sandwich. Went across the street and got a different breakfast sandwich for me for under $3.00. When I phoned Chick Fil Cares customer service the man said that the local owners made up their own prices and he would relay my "concerns". EGADS, and this is a Christian company? Not in my...

I have tried to like the Chick-fil-A in Granbury but I have officially given up. I went through the drive-in about a week ago and ask if they still had chicken salad. The young gentleman waiting on me sarcastically replied that they hadn't had that since last year sometime. After trying to figure out what to get, I finally got a salad only to find the chicken was fried that was on it even though I had said that I didn't want anything fried. They had someone behind the counter remove the fried chicken and put grilled chicken in it's place while I set there. I could see the young man, and 2 other employees making rude facial expressions and giggling while I was waiting. I got home and opened the salad and was so let down by the way it looked. I paid over $6.00 for a small bowl of dark greens that were wilted with a small pile of grilled chicken about the size of a small ice cream scoop. I pour the dressing on it because I was starving. Took two bites and couldn't take anymore!! I won't be going back to this location anytime soon for sure!! Don't waste your money on their salads!! Go to Wendy's,...

Absolutely Horrible!!!!! Management would not help when the children were attacking my three-year-old in the playground there were kids that looked like teenagers playing, jumping, kicking , pushing & punching and slapping the little kids . I took my son out and told manager and she did NOTHING she said oh there just a few inches taller than the limit. I viedo the animal acting kids in the playground and NO PARENTS we're in there watching there kids !!!!!! Signs say PARENTS MUST be in play area with there kids !!! Manger DIDNT even Try to find the kids Parents . It's Truly Unbelievable That Any Manager of Any Business Would Let This Kind of Craziness , and Chance of Little Kids Being HURT !!!!! I spoke with the main manager Justin and he said he would speak to the other manager about what happened , then said oh the sign states height requirements ???? And then said he didn't know it's said Parents Must Supervisor there Kids At All Times .????

I will not go back to the Chick-fil-a and I'm sending an email and my viedo to corporate Chick-fil-A 😤
