Edited: and they did nothing whatsoever. Still I very bad place. Negative five is in order. I am so mad. I just left Staples in Granbury. I do not know what it is about customer service in this town but they must put something in the water to make these people give such bad customer service.
I went in to do the ePrint on the printer, the printer was down so I asked the lady how we do this and she said for the print to me and I will print it.
I sent it to her and she handed back to me it was 60 something pages. There was a charge on it for 299 when I asked what that charge was they said it was because I had Instant Printing. I told the girl I had to use Instant Printing because the machine was down I'm not paying 299 because they can't keep their machine running. She explained there was nothing she could do and I should talk to the print lady I said I need to talk to the manager for some reason she could not get me a manager nor did she want to.
I called corporate and complained I did not want them to do anything because I do not ever plan on using Staples again I spend over $15,000 a year there they will not get my business I will drive to Fort Worth and use Office Depot from now on when I need something printed I will go to UPS or someplace.
I do not recommend Staples for your needs they are more expensive they have worse customer service and they have no idea what...

The staff is all standing around and no one ever seems to be actually doing anything, but never want to help either. The last time I asked for help from the manager, he tried to sell me a printer and that was his solution because his printers were slow and not working and so instead of trying to help me he just wanted to sell me something. I just spent an hour in there without any staff member asking if I needed any help, the printer charged me three different times while I was trying to print notes for a class, and there was a line at every printer because every single person in there trying to use the printers was having issues.
