Firehouse Subs Granbury — Restaurant in Granbury

There food is always good no matter where your at but this one has been unprofessional around 30 minutes til close 2 times now iv ordered online went to pick up my order and once I got there might have been 2 minutes after close but they never even made my food had the door locked looked up and saw me looked back down and did not even acknowledge me. That's there choice to cancel your order and they did at 8:40 that's is very poor customer relations iv bartending for a long time and would I never dream of doin what they pulled that's just rude and honestly not to even have just made and just handed to us out the door is not go above and beyond wich in reality isn't that hard to do. I placed an order online from the firehouse website yesterday at around 11am for 2 large turkey clubs, paid for the food and waited until they were supposed to be ready. First off, I love Firehouse subs. They are probably one of the best sandwiches from a "fast food" sandwich shop that I have found. I have eaten there frequently and introduced many coworkers and friends to the food there.

Tonight, my wife, son and I ordered 3 sandwiches from Firehouse in Granbury with the grubhub app. 2 of the 3 sandwiches were not made correctly so I called the restaurant and was told that my only recourse was contacting grubhub for a refund. Grubhub took accountability for the mistake made by the shop and credited my account.
