I had a birthday party for my daughter here, we do something different every year, and she said this was the most fun she's had.

Pro's. Kids had a blast. Each child seemed to really enjoy themselves.

3 hours for a party is a good amount of time. Plenty of time to accomplish everything.

Staff was very friendly. They were nice, smiling, and good with kids.

Con's. Very expensive, initially paid $210, ended up paying an extra $100 the day of the party, for my daughter and 11 kids. Not including what the grandparents etc; paid to get in when they can't skate...that's just not OK to have a spectator fee like that. Some parents didn't want to pay (can't blame them) so I got stuck trying to babysit most of these kids on my own, put on and take off their skates, keep track of their stuff, which made the party quite stressful for me. The little kids all needed the skate supporters to help them skate and their parents didn't say so I had to pay $5 per kid extra for the littles to be able to skate. Those should be included with like age 6 and under in a party package I think.

Only got to play laser tag for 10 minutes. I figured it would be like a half hour. 10 minutes was just truly not enough time at all, especially cuz all the kids loved laser tag.

One of the pizzas was not cooked all the way through. But overall food wasn't bad.

So all in all, I really do like the place. I just think it's overpriced. And we have to be honest in our reviews so they know how to please their customer, it's nothing...

Awesome place for kids!! Not much around to do for kids/teens or even families. For decades this place has been dedicated to welcoming supervised and unsupervised kids/teens/adults. Don't complain about what you child did here if you had no care to stay with them. These people are not you baby sitter, they are operating an excellent business! Also lot's of people complaining that there's a charge just to get in, do you know how crazy packed this place would be if there wasn't? $30 was too expensive for a family night out? Wow I don't understand that! Business 101 they have lot's of overhead and employees. If you are broke go to a free park. It takes money to do things like this. They have all kinds of different things to offer. Lot's of arcade games laser tag a bounce house and live music. Many events are hosted here, great programs also group parties and birthday parties can be help here. Very cool place and I'm very happy they have given continues fun times to our kids & Families! My son will be having a Nerf War Zone birthday party here next month where we actually get to rent the whole...
