Was in store and placed order for a stove and refrigerator on 12/28. Associates were very informative, friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. Was told item would be ordered on 1/3 and should arrive at their warehouse the following week. Was told they were having issues with the system and could not get a receipt when I placed the order. I stopped by to get a receipt on 1/3 and while I was there I asked to check if the order had been put through. Associate stated they could not tell but they would ask the sales associate the next day. Called the following Wednesday 1/10 and asked if the order had come to the warehouse. Was told that they could not tell at the moment, they would ask the sales associate and get back with me later that day. I called today 1/11 at 11:00 and asked directly for the sales associate. I asked if the order had come in. They said they were not sure but would check and get back with me. At 11:30 I got a call from the associate stated that a mistake had been made and the order was never placed. They stated they could place the order on the 17th, it should be in the following week, and they would deliver a loaner in the meantime. I told them that would not work for me and we needed to work something else out. The associate stated they needed to talk to their manager and would get back with me. Did not hear anything back and at 4:30 I went to the store. Ends result is we cancelled the transaction.

Overall I would still recommend going there if your shopping around as the are very helpful and their prices are competitive. They were also very reasonable in trying to come up with a solution. It just didn’t work out for me this time and I don’t have any hard feelings against the company for the one...

drove down(40min drive) and looked at a freezer Sunday, after checking she said they had 3 in storage. If we wanted one they would bring it to the store. we called Monday, she confirmed again they had 3 still and it would be at the store Tuesday morning. Drove down to pick up and they had brought the wrong freezer, so they yet again checked to make sure they had one in stock and said yet again that they had 3 but we would have to go over a couple blocks to their storage to get it. So we wait for the delivery guys to unload & load their truck and we follow them for a couple miles (not blocks) to pick up the freezer. We wait for a bit while they look for it...and then I’m handed a phone- I’m told they don’t have any of the freezers in stock, but I could go back and get the display for the same price or they could order me one. My response, “Are you being serious right now!?!” we drive back to get a refund and I’m told “you’re gonna have to wait.” I said “you all wasted enough of my time already.” The owner comes out, hands me a check and tells me “here, now leave!” I return the check and told him I wanted it refunded back to my card that was used. He told me to get out of here. I said I would once he refunded my money! He took my card and told me to get out or he was calling the cops. I told him again as soon as you refund my money! He told his employee to call the cops as he went to refund my card. He came back handed me my card and told me “now please, get the hell out of here!” ... it’s absolutely unbelievable the way this place treats people, especially the owner! Most places apologize when they mess up, this one tells you to get...

I bought a refrigerator and was told have it delivered the next day. I was told that I would receive a text or call 30 minutes before it would be delivered. I got a text that morning saying it would be delivered between 10:30am - 1:30pm. At 2:30pm my refrigerator had still not been delivered, so I called the store to inquire about my refrigerator delivery. I was told it was the next stop and would be here shortly. At 3:15pm it had still not been delivered. So I contacted the store again and was told they were pulling in my driveway right then, which they were not. At 3:55pm, I received a text message that the delivery truck would be there within 10 minutes. That did not happen. At 4:15pm, almost 3 hours after the delivery window that I was told, the refrigerator was actually delivered. So glad I had to waste an additional 3 hours of my time off I used from work. This store obviously only cares about money and not the customers time. Hands down the worst delivery service I have experienced from...
