Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Island

Zero Stars. Worst pizza purchase ever!! Ordered online said it would be ready in 15min. Arrived to drive-thru shortly after ready time given, was told it wasn’t ready but will be soon. Waited 30min , went inside to check on it, found myself with 5 other unhappy customers. Asked the counter person for a status update, he couldn’t find the order, then finally did, told me it would be just 5min more. After 20min goes by another customer checking on their order had been waiting for a hour, gives up and wanted refund, 5-7 days for a refund. So after that exchange I ask again about mine, “almost ready” another 15min goes by and finally I have my pie, 65min after online ETA. 6 employees working, not a hustle in 1 of them. Fine. Let’s get home and enjoy this long awaited pizza pizza. Open the box and find the pizza soaked in grease, could only eat 1 slice because of it, so much that it put grease on our counter. I went through the drive thru and ordered my pizzas, i was told it would be a 20 min wait since they needed to make them, they didnt have any ready, i said that was fine, paid and turned around and parked. I waited about 30 minutes before I was approached by the manager outside and he asked what i was doing there, i said waiting on my pizzas. He goes back inside and doesnt come out. At this point, i went inside to get my cash back and move on to the next place. I went inside to find several other customers also waiting for their food. A few more customers came i line after me, there was no one at the counter, they left, so did i and i went thru the drive thru again. About 10 minutes later the manager come back and tells me theyre closing due to being short staffed. I said i have been waiting 45 minutes for my order i wanted cash back, he said i would need to get out, come back in to get cash, I instead just took the gift certificate and left. If I could give half a star I would. Management very unprofessional. Lots of swearing and racisial slurs. The only bright spot was the young man at the cash register. Very courteous, even when you could hear the female manager and coworkers laughing , cussing in Spanish and eating behind the warmers...... I ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread. I was asked to wait 15 min. ( no big deal ) but after 45 min and 2 other customers waiting equally as long. I was given my pizza. Come home to my meal, and the hamburger pizza was horrible!! It was cold and stale! I was very unhappy. But the pepperoni pizza was normal.....
