Kohl's — Local services in Grand Island

I just want to thank whoever is in charge of hiring at our Grand Island Kohls. For weeks my pregnant wife has been desperately seeking maternity clothes that not only fit, but we're even available to begin with!! Sure, other places in town sell maternity clothes.However being on a budget coupled with wanting the best was becoming impossible. BUT our search came to an end this evening after our visit, and I now have a happy pregnant wife at home! And it was all made possible with the help of Laisha Sabree Garcia. She took time out of her busy shift to escort my wife around the woman's clothing department; adamant on putting my wife in fashionable, comfortable clothing that could be worn everywhere from home to work!!!! Having been skeptical about shopping at the Grand Island Kohl's before, we are now convinced that it is the place to go for almost all of our clothing needs! You have earned yourselves another loyal customer, but it comes with a price I'm afraid!!....your employee Laisha deserves an immediate raise and recognition for modeling the perfect Customer Representative for your store. She should be an example to your entire staff, and the management team should encourage other CSR's to be as friendly and helpful to other folks who might be looking at your place of business as there final stop before all hope is lost!!!! Clean, nice, open aisles, well stocked store with friendly employees. The prices are a bit higher than other stores with same products, but most items are in stock. If you shop smart and also use their coupons and bonus bucks you come out ok and you don't have to wait for shipping or fuss with UPS returns. Bathrooms and dressing rooms are clean. Nice housewares and linen department. Great selection of menswear, sportswear, ladies wear, shoes, colognes and perfumes, candles and special gifting ideas. Some Amazon items can be returned here in the customer service area at the back of the store (very convenient-but contact Amazon before you try to return items. Amazon has to approve and give you a code.) Busy, bustling parking lot so drive carefully....

Watch for inktags left on items purchased - I live 5 hours away and was in GI for work. I purchased some clothes for my kids as gifts and when they opened them on Christmas, we realized the inktags had been left on. There is no department store where I live or store that sells apparel that uses inktags so taking it to a local store is not an option. I called the store and was advised to just figure it out myself after talking to two different associates. No one even offered an apology until I pointed out the fact that they hadn't. Perhaps if the sales associates didn't spend so much time trying to get me to sign up for a consumer credit card, they would be able to properly remove the security tags from the...
