I ordered a pizza at 4:52PM from a hotel across the street (.2 miles from Pizza Hut) and was told it would take 50 minutes to arrive. I finally got my pizza at 6:12PM. Which is 30 minutes longer than expected. When I called at an hour and 5 minutes I was told the delivery drivers are on their way back from other deliveries and was assured the pizza would be fresh when it arrived. I have a few questions... Wouldn’t it have been better to under promise and over deliver rather than over promise and under deliver? Tell me that delivery time will be an hour and half due to short staffing and let me make the decision. Then when it shows up at an hour and 20 minutes you’re hero’s instead of zero’s. How long does it take to make a pizza? My guess is 15 minutes. Seems like it would have made more sense to make a new one prior to delivering this congealed paper weight I have sitting in front of me. Do you not care about your digital reputation which drives traffic to your store? You should check your google reviews more often. There’s a story that’s being told here that maybe it’s time to make a change with senior management. Do you not wear masks anymore? Delivery driver was unmasked when delivering my food to my hotel room when there’s a sign on the building that states masks are required.
I travel to Grand Island for business every 60 days and I will never order from here again. I would/will urge others to do the same.
5/20/2021 - I'm editing this review to add to it because I can't comment on the owners copy and pasted response. It appears they don't care because my post was pretty specific. I actually emailed the email address they asked me to the same day the review was posted but as of today I haven't received a response. I urge you to...
Read moreVery rude person salesperson on the phone. We called up because we didn't get our Dr pepper. So we asked if the person who was delivering it could have it instead. That way they wouldn't have to send someone all the way out here again. Then I guess we were told to talk to someone else, and that person seem nice, and then I guess she told us to talk to someone else, and that lady immediately hung up on us. So I called back up, and the only thing the guy said to me is if we're local, and I was like yeah we're calling the pizza place we ordered the pizza from them. I think he transferred me so I hung up to make sure I called the right pizza place. then I get a call from Pizza Hut, and I answered, and then he is all like you want to order a pizza. And I said no you called me l. Anyway can we get that guy to be able to have the doctor pepper we ordered that we didn't get delivered, and then he hung up on me. I tried to explain the situation as fast as I could because I knew he didn't have patience to listen, or understand what I was trying to say. I don't know why he called me just to hang up on me, but that's very rude and unprofessional behavior. I am very disappointed that no one will be getting to enjoy the pop that we have paid for, and have not received. It's like we pay money...
Read moreTwo employees in the pickup window area when I arrived and one kept looking at me but did not open the window to help me while the other employee just stood there counting change into a drawer. More than 4 minutes later they finish counting the drawer and then finally open the window to ask for the name on the order. The employee that was looking at me while the other was counting was the one who finally acknowledged me. He went to get my order and handed it out to me and tried to close the window without the sodas I ordered. I told him that there was supposed to be 4 diet pepsis and he had to go back and look at the order. He then tried to hand me the sodas one at a time and I had to ask him to put it in a carrier or a bag as with everything I had ordered I would not be able to carry everything when I got home. If it was a shift change (which would be weird at 5pm) then the least you should do is open the window and say it will be just a moment, rather than look at the customer through the window and then look away. Not my best experience at...
