First National Pawn — Local services in Grand Junction

Went in to get my son a TV for his gaming set up. We started looking at the TVs and the prices were the same as Walmart brand new. I said to my son, “wow, if I wanted to pay that could buy new.” They were asking $128 for a USED 32” TV. I told my son no and let’s go somewhere else. We were walking out and noticed the prices of their gaming systems. They were trying to sell a PS5 for over $549.00. One of their employees came over and rudely stated they were 20% off. I said no not for that price I can get one new. He was a complete jerk and I said well you don’t have to be a jerk about it. I will never again go in there. They are extremely rude and don’t know customer service from the hole in their asses! Not to mention, they’re selling used products that probably don’t even work or work half the time for brand new prices Ended up going down to Alpha Pawn down the block and getting a really good deal on a TV that my son wanted. To be honest, I don’t know how these people are still...

Been using them for a long time now. I read a lot of the reviews. Rude? Not!

I did have a single bad experience. The female employee has not been seen there since by me.

They may not give the actual worth for a pawn. No pawnshop does. If they did they would go out of business in short order.

Some staff are better than others, but that is to be expected anywhere you go. They have been for the most part pleasant to deal with.

I have pawned my knives and Swords there many times. I am headed back there again today.

If you treat them with respect they will do the same. I have had to educate a couple of staff on what I pawn. And found that if I did so calmly and do not challenge them. They are more than willing to work with you.

THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN...I have been to most in the valley.

My daughter has been saving to buy a game system. She was going to buy an Xbox 1 here, but decided on an Xbox 360 since it was less money and she could then buy some games. First, the cord for the audio that came with it had a big tab that covered the HDMI port, making it impossible too use the HDMI cable (which did not come with it). Daughter had to buy an adapter at different store. The system only came with one controller, with only a rechargeable battery pack but no block to charge it on, and no back to the battery compartment which means she can't use traditional batteries. So, the controller is not usable. The hard drive had not been cleared; full with other people's gaming. She will be returning the product tomorrow. Hopefully they will actually provide their customer appropriate service and I can write a better...
