Subway — Restaurant in Grand Junction

Tonight was highly disappointed and over charged. Normally when my family goes there, guys are working and know their job well (always give great suggestions for trying new varieties). Tonight there were two ladies we haven't seen there before and were not as friendly, one of which was borderline rude. My foot long steak and cheese sandwich barely had any meat (little more than what they give for a 6") so I asked for a little more to fill the second half of the foot long sandwich. Still had about 1/4 of the sandwich without meat. Got home and looked at the receipt and saw I was charged for double meat. WTH. Will only order from now on with the staff we are...

Sent my 8 year old in with a $10 bill to buy a water while I was next door looking at books. He asked for a fountain drink and filled it with water after paying $4 for the cup. When I went in to ask the two women working if they could give him a break for paying the price of a fountain drink they told us that he already used the cup and that was the price. It’s disappointing that employees are not being empowered to make situations right especially like this instance, one of Symantecs with a kid. Never a fan of eating here and I’ll continue to pass this place up with the lousy attitude of staff. Hope this was an off experience....

I've never been to a subway where they stiff you on veggies! First I did an online order, and the guy said they ran out of the flatbread..fine. Got another bread and had to wait for my sandwich to be made. He gave me the saddest amount of veggies which stung when I asked for MORE on everything with my online order. Literally less than a normal serving of each! My partners sandwich was made perfectly fine and his had no modifications to ask for more. Also, he didn't ask to toast my sandwich. And they expect a tip? Yeah right. I'll only go to subway with a coupon and veggies in my fridge to fix up this doozy...
