Had an absolutely horrible experience. My girlfriend is a teacher and she decided to grab taco bell on her lunch break. She gets her meal through the drive through and heads back to the school. She finds that her meal is totally wrong. This part is not the problem since we know mistakes happen. My GF rushes back there so she is able to have something for lunch before she teaches. They nicely gave her the right order back. As she was eating a chicken Griller she ended up biting in to something Rock Hard and almost chokes on this unidentifiable object. Since she is teaching she is not able to do anything about the situation and messages me about it and sends me pictures of what she just had found.
I give a call to the taco bell where I am speaking with a manager in training. He tells me to have her come in and they will give her a new one. I tell her there is no possible way of that happening until tonight when school is out. He then says that is fine she can just come in then. I asked him if that was all that they could do about this? He says yes and asks if I would like to speak with his GM and I say yes. She tells me the exact same thing. I then say that is all you are going to do? You aren't going to research how that got in there in the first place? Then she tells me "Oh well I can send it in if you bring it here." I am sorry but if I was a manager this would be a big concern for me. Why was this in the food and are we serving our customers a good batch of food. As a customer my concern is not how our experience is currently because that is already graded as an F. I want to know how you will make sure it does not happen again to anyone else. This whole time there was not a single sorry about our experience and got the feeling that they did not really care about what was found and they were ready to move on as soon as they could. I placed an order on the mobile app. I got an "issue with payment method" screen, but when I looked at my bank app the money had been taken out for the order. I then went to the store and went inside to speak with a manager. She was very rude. She advised me that I would need to make the order again and pay again since they didn't have record of order. I even showed her the order and the bank account app to prove it had already been paid for. Very rudely she said I would need to contact the makers or the App for a refund, in the meantime I could pay for the same order again. She made me feel like I was stupid, and asking for free food. All I wanted was the food I had already paid for. Not to mention everytime I order from this location (nearest to me) something is wrong with the order. So don't expect much from...
Read moreI don't recommend coming to this location during the closing shift. Youll spend over 30 minutes watching kids behind the counter chit chat and play on their phones while one lonely member makes the order. Even though they were not busy at all, they made it seem inconveniencing that i was asking about my order. The staff, including the manager on duty, was extremely rude and even more lazy...once arriving home with our food we discovered there was sour cream on everything (we asked for no sour cream) we asked for light lettuce and received a lettuce stuffed tortilla, our burritos were supposed to have extra meat and there was little to no none.
