Hopscotch Children's Store — Local services in Grand Rapids

I don't live in Michigan, and I don't have kids, but I am a jellycat enthusiast and collector. I've made two online orders from Hopscotch of different jellycats and I'm beyond satisfied with their shipping and customer service. Both orders shipped extremely fast (I'm talking same day or next day, depending on if I ordered before 5pm or not), and arrived within 1 day after shipping. I've never had to reach out to their customer service because I haven't had any problems, however I feel confident that if I did have any issues they would take care of it. I will continue to look for any Jellycat I want from this website first! You guys have a loyal Wisconsin...

I would give 7/5 stars for this store if I could. Mark, the store owner, took the time to advise me on a gift for a baby nephew, who is 1 year old. He was very friendly and helpful, he made me feel right at home in his shop. I came to the shop only a few minutes before the shop closed but Mark gave me ample time to pick out two gifts and a card. He also offered to wrap the gift for me and finished the wrapping the gift with a lovely, bright paper sunflower! I will be back to buy more toys for the children...

I ordered from Hopscotch Children’s Store online and was so impressed with their customer service! I accidentally used my parents address from my saved addresses and emailed them right after, knowing they may not correct it. I got an email back quickly saying they could correct it and the item even shipped out that day!! Amazing customer service, quick, and exactly what I’ve been looking for. I will be ordering from them again...
