HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Little to NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL & then when asked to speak to a supervisor I was told EXACT WORDS “I’m not bothering my boss with your nonsense” NONSENSE BECAUSE I WANT MORE INFO??? Then 4months later when i finally receive my living room furniture their delivery guy who I paid in advance to deliver & assemble my furniture dropped it & left , claiming that wasn’t his job he was just helping out a friend . When we first order our furniture the guy said 2 months max. It was about a 6 month wait. And not worth it. The bolts on the chair we bought for the table set keep getting loose and have to be tightened up ever so often. I used Loc-tite and they seem to hold better. The table also has a cheap finish on it because even though we have a table cloth, the table is turning white in places where we put hot plates. Not to mention horrible customer service....

Great prices for quality furniture. I gave 5 stars for the wonderful customer service I rcv'd from the staff. After my order had never arrived from a major furniture company on 28th street...I took my money & business to Kaufman's. The owner was very understanding and I placed my order and rcv'd my new furniture within two weeks!!! I often refer this business and I will definitely shop with this business...
