Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wyoming

Terrible customer service. I was waiting to order for close to 10 minutes. Employees kept walking by me and saying Hi, but none of them took my order. I told them I hadn't ordered yet and they told me they didn't have anyone to take my order at the moment. There was 1 person on drive through, and I was the only person inside. Finally someone came in and clocked in, and walked to the register, then they asked me if I was waiting on the order that was on the screen. I told him I hadn't ordered yet, he said, oh okay then went in the back. O waited another several minutes before I saw him come closer to the front and ask one of the managers for an override code. The manager said her code wouldn't work, the other manager said she didn't want to just give him the code and he would have to wait until she could get over to the register. The guy went in the back again. Several minutes later he came back to the register typed something in and took my order. This was now about 20 minutes I was waiting to order, only person in the building. After I sat down and started eating, a GrubHub person came in and tried to get workers attention. He was standing there for several minutes before he started telling at them telling them he was there. Still nobody went to the register to talk to him. He had to have been waiting for 10-15 minutes before he finally looked at his phone and sent a couple texts and then left. My guess is the person who ordered GrubHub probably cancelled. I don't eat at Taco Bell often but have been in a taco mood lately. In the last couple weeks I've been to this location twice while on my way home from work. I have ordered 2 taco bell supreme's with no sour cream each time.

The first time I went inside and the awesome lady at the counter was amazing. She was funny, chatty, polite, and helpful. I only wish I could remember her name because she was great. The place wasn't busy that evening and I got my order pretty quick and it was perfect.

Last night I went through the drive through and it was extremely busy. The line was long but I didn't mind waiting because I was just heading home so not in a hurry. The lady that took my order was very polite and friendly, even though I'm sure she had to be a bit stressed because of all the customers in line. When I finally got up to the window the guy who gave me my food was also polite and greeted me with a smile.

Got home and dove into my tacos and they were again perfect.

I think I am over my taco craze for the time being, but when it strikes again this will be my go...

When I visited your store today, the young lady that was at the register was very very nice and courteous. She was full of smiles with myself, as well as with other customers. We chatted a little about the hot hot weather today. And she was working, NOT, being lazy and standing around, like other restaurants that I have visited. It is employees like her that help to make customers like myself return again & again. I'm not sure what her name was, as I no longer have my receipt. It was between 3:30-4:30 that I was there. I had the #4 with an extra sour cream and I also ordered an extra sour cream, maybe about 4-5 minutes later, on my way out. Again, I will surely return to your store and I only pray that everyone is as nice & courteous as she was. Please, if there is anyway that you can find out who the employee was today and please tell her that I said to keep up the good work and keep smiling.😀😀 You guys should do or give her something special.
