Bought a sub from here for a late night dinner. Only to come home to find out that the bread was rock hard. I've had hard breads from here before but this one takes the cake. I could've thrown it against the wall and it would've made a loud "thunk" sound. I could knock on it, it was so dried up. There's no way that the person who made the sub wouldn't have felt how hard that bread was when cutting it open. I shouldn't have to address the fact as to why the bread being hard is not good and state and argue my point as if I'm on trial. That wasn't even the worst part, I get there to get hopefully a replacement, and their doors were locked. Went to the gas station side, also locked. So I went back and knocked on their door. Mind you this subway and also the gas station connected to it is OPEN 24HRS. The 3-4 employees behind the counter waived their hands and pointed at a cutout piece of cardboard that read "shift change" hanging on by a piece of tape on the door. I lift up my bag and point to it putting my hands up to show them that I have an issue with something. They return to what they were doing and proceeded to ignore me, with a store full of customers eating, only a couple in line (right before this picture was taken). So I get my phone out to call them. Before it could ring an employee finally comes outside from the back to talk to me. I told them about the poor quality and he takes my food and brings it inside leaving me standing outside in the cold. They finally let me in, only after locking me and everyone else inside and all the other people outside of the store. The parking lot was full and people kept showing up only to be met with locked doors and "shift change" signs at a 24hr store that was FULLY staffed. I was treated as if I was the one in the wrong all for just expecting common courtesy and bread that I won't break my teeth or make me choke. The worker that was helping me just laughed and shook his head at me. I was given a footlong in replace of my 6inch which was fine, then the worker placed my sub on the counter and walked away without saying anything. One worker apologized multiple times but a customer shouldn't have to be treated that way or feel the need to defend themselves about bread being hard or the quality being poor. If you do go here, I don't recommend going when it's dark out. Bad quality with workers that won't do their job properly, let alone keep the store open and actually work. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service and an overall...
Read morePretty sure this Subway location has invented a new game called "Let’s Not Work Today." Twice now I’ve shown up to place an order, today placed a mobile order, only to be told the "system is down" upon walking in. Yet somehow, my order made it through just fine today AS the clerk was chilling in the dining room. Other reviews mention them being "out of bread," even though there’s clearly a full rack of it just hanging out behind them like it's on vacation. The employees? Also on vacation, apparently; lounging in the dining area like they’re on break from their break. I’m starting to think the only thing getting made here is excuses.
Update: Placed another mobile order for a cold cut combo. I stroll in for pickup like a proud sandwich parent, only to be met with a blank stare and the news: “We’re all out.” Out of cold cuts. At Subway. That’s like a gas station running out of gas.
I ask for a refund. Cue dramatic sigh. It’s like I just asked them to solve world peace.
Meanwhile, another poor soul in the lobby asks for a totally different sub. Also out. The Subway sandwich specialist (and part-time disappointment deliverer) tells us, “We’re just SO busy, we never have anything in stock!”
I suggest maybe, just maybe, their manager should try ordering things people actually eat. She blinks slowly, like I just introduced the concept of inventory for the first time.
There’s something weird going on at this Subway. Either it’s a front for something... or the cold cut mafia hit them...

He came out and went in door that looks like the back room of store he came right to the line an grabbed gloves an put them on an said hello how can I help you and the person in front of me an myself both said we would like Sarah to make our sandwiches as we didn't not see you wash your hands.
