Wonderful shopping experience online going through the aisles looking at the items at my own pace in living color! What a kick! Experienced a rush of ideas as I turned corners, looked at the big pieces, saw the artwork, liked it so much, my husband and I shopped the actual store on a non-Bears game Sunday afternoon, bought my bedroom suite and living room sectional right off the showroom floor and they were delivered a week later, set into the new rooms of our new house no muss no fuss! Now that is Internet Shopping at its best! Rudolph’s has showroom setting, great name brand furniture, constant turnover because of deals like mine! Quality companies, some sample sales, delivery service, certified brand dealers, no salesperson eyeing you the minute they hear the door signal! It is an experience similar to sitting in your chair and letting your eyes and fingers do the selecting except your legs and whole body experience are involved in a thrilling discovery adventure. I highly recommend furniture shopping this old fashioned way- huge inventory, brand names, store to your home! New mattress ordered beat the delivery date by weeks- came when store furniture was delivered! I highly recommend the Internet discovery exploration first to get the feel for what they stock and then the live visit because everything feels better once you sit in it, feel it, measure it, open and shut it, turn it on and off, imagine your family seeing it in your home. Rudolph’s aces furniture shopping on the web and in person as far as this reviewer has ever had that experience, as Amazon and other sites are JUST now catching up on with virtual shopping experiences. Grayslake IL got you big guys beat way sooner and I would shop this way again anytime I need new furniture - which I did for new living room furniture when we remodeled the basement and brought the new sectional down to the lower level. It fit perfectly! Convenience and inventory were huge factors in my decision as well as free delivery! Was very upset. When I walked in they were all standing by the desk, i said i was looking for a specific line of matresses. I told them exactly what I was looking for and nobody said anything to me and i said were are the mattresses and i guess i was supposed to follow this guy that said nothing to me. He directed me to the mattresses i tried out a few and it turns out those weren't even the correct ones i was looking for. They kept saying the one i was looking for they dont carry because it's the cheapest ones and kept saying the starter ones the cheap ones. Ya thanks for telling me im broke! Bought a wing back chair 3 years ago. Is in our living room and used maybe 4of ( times a year. Moving the chair today and realize the fabric on the arm is ripping. Called Rudolph’s and they won’t do anything due to it is past manufactures warranty. They themselves will do nothing either. Thought I went to a family’s business that would by their product but obviously I was wrong. Would not recommend Rudolph’s gif anyone who is buying upgraded furniture with no backup from store.
