This place is poorly run and some of the staff are shady and intentionally giving false information. I placed a pre-order online and I decided to call and confirm and there was no pre-order there for me at all. Also, the product that I pre-ordered was a ready to roll product. While on the phone I spoke with the staff to confirm if it was pre-ground flower or if it was shake and trim. I was told that it was pre-ground flower. So I go and pick up my order today just to find out that it's shake and trim. If the staff there had any type of clue I would have been given the correct information and I would have made a different purchase. I don't want shake and trim. Especially after driving 30 minutes each way to visit this place. Will I be returning here to make purchases in the future? Most likely not going to happen after this experience. Also, it took them at least 5 minutes to locate my pre-order. Nothing is in alphabetical order. It's just disorganized and scattered everywhere. Orders stacked on top of other orders. There also isn't a seperate line for the people who have pre-ordered. If I have to wait in line behind 10 other people for 15 minutes then that really defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. A strain advertised online as 32% they hand me it with a 26% label on the front of it and it ended up costing me more $$$ than my first option.
