Great Barrington Dispensary — Local services in Great Barrington

This place is poorly run and some of the staff are shady and intentionally giving false information. I placed a pre-order online and I decided to call and confirm and there was no pre-order there for me at all. Also, the product that I pre-ordered was a ready to roll product. While on the phone I spoke with the staff to confirm if it was pre-ground flower or if it was shake and trim. I was told that it was pre-ground flower. So I go and pick up my order today just to find out that it's shake and trim. If the staff there had any type of clue I would have been given the correct information and I would have made a different purchase. I don't want shake and trim. Especially after driving 30 minutes each way to visit this place. Will I be returning here to make purchases in the future? Most likely not going to happen after this experience. Also, it took them at least 5 minutes to locate my pre-order. Nothing is in alphabetical order. It's just disorganized and scattered everywhere. Orders stacked on top of other orders. There also isn't a seperate line for the people who have pre-ordered. If I have to wait in line behind 10 other people for 15 minutes then that really defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Y'all may have a dispensary but you are certainly far from being professional about running it. And to anyone reading this, skip the ready to roll stuff. Very disappointed with my last visit. I put in a pre order for an ounce that was being sold for $150 with a TAC advertised of 25%. I get there and they can’t find my preorder. Not the end of the world, so I give them my info and told them what I had ordered. They come out with the strain but it is only 18% not the 25% advertised! They list off other options, one of them being my second choice. A strain advertised online as 32% they hand me it with a 26% label on the front of it and it ended up costing me more $$$ than my first option. Not even an offer to price match for the inconvenience and false advertisement, just a sorry and a boat load of excuses. Sure enough after I went in there and brought this up did they finally change it around on the site. I spend a significant amount of money at this location and quite honestly I feel as though as a consumer, I was lied too and was given minimal options to rectify this issue. If it’s advertised as 32% it shouldn’t be under 30% when I get it. I didn’t feel like going back and forth with the staff because I shouldn’t have too. this place overcharged me and the couple that came in before me. my total was $108 -- which i didn't realize was a $5 overcharge until the couple ahead of me was in their car next to me saying they had to go back in because they were overcharged. this place ran my card for what i thought was $110 and handed me 2 dollars, i have no idea why. i thought it was a heavy-handed tip request even though i didn't get helped at all. might have been a convenience store transaction. and then i look at my bank statement, and i've actually been charged $112.99 and AND a $3 non-branch ATM fee. this is on top of the ~$30 in Massachusetts taxes. i went in thinking i would spend $85 for a tiny amount of decent cannabis.
