The spa was impeccably clean, which further added to my comfort. Calla used the SkinPen for my microneedling, and I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the procedure was completed. She frequently checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable, which I greatly appreciated.

My third visit to the L’io spa was, once again, amazing. Calla has created a fabulous space and what a sweetheart she is! I’m no novice to having facials and was eager to begin 2025 with a fresh face. Lorna’s cozy room was warm, inviting and immediately, I felt relaxed. The most comfortable spa bed was my first clue that this was going to be a special ninety minutes. Lorna is fabulous at what she does! She is knowledgeable, has an amazing touch and somehow was able to blend a clinical and luxury European facial seamlessly into one. Perfect in every way.
