Yes they have good product. The accounts manager is very rude. Their employees are under trained. The "new" employees mess up customers accounts and are not held accountable for it. The accounts manager blames the customer. The accounts manager alejandra does not follow up with the customer at all when she sees a mess up on an account. They need to have a training session for all their employess on customer service. When I first got my product I paid for a full month. My next payment I paid for 2 weeks and the employee that helped me said what I paid would get me for the next 2 weeks. When I called to pay my next 2 weeks the accounts manager told me I owed more than what I paid 2 weeks ago. She said she seen the mistake on my account but didnt feel like she needed to call me. When I told her I could pay what I paid 2 weeks ago she refused to work with me cause the employee that took my payment last time messed up. When I asked to talk to her boss the general manager she rufused to let me talk to him. When I called back to see when he would be in she told me he wasn't there and she hung up on me. These places are suppose to be available to people that can't pay straight out for things that they need for their home. I pay my bills but when you refuse to take any money from me and work with me to help me out when I haven't missed a payment at all there is something wrong. Read moreWhere do I begin? Im writing this while I am freshly angry about the whole situation. I purchased a tv stand from Aarons yesterday. In th store, it was new merch with the tag on it still in mew condition. Last night knowing that our new one would come today, WE THREW OUR OLD TV STAND AWAY! So when they show up it has a big gash on the top of it. Now, keep in mind that I THREW MINE AWAY expecting good service from them. Boy was I ever wrong to expect such an outlandish thing. So, I also have a sectional couch from Aarons. I got in about months ago. Maybe 2. Upon delivery of this item, IT WAS BROKEN. The leg was stripped out and wouldn't screw on. However, they left the merchandise for me to use until they could order me a new one and deliver it. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE NOW? So, it was ok to leave the broken couch for me to put my butt on, but not ok to leave the scratched up tv stand for me to put my tv on until a new one came? They new I threw the old one out. It was still sitting there in the trash? The manager, Juan, was NO HELP AT ALL. So now I have no tv stand at all thanks to Aarons. I cancelled the order and told them to kiss my ass. We ended having to lease to own a gas range since ours was falling apart and we couldn't find one that was cheap enough to pay cash for they had one that came from a overstock warehouse that they absorbed so it was missing the flame distributor cap on one of the burners they said it was as is and would not replace the missing part and then proceeded to write up the lease at around $1,000 for the range(we needed something cook on), I checked on the retail value of said range which happens to be around $500 and of course that is if it's brand new with no missing parts, I mention my findings to them and supposedly the best they could do was take just $100 off their price of the range plus of course they charge a huge interest rate, talk about getting f#@!d up the a$$ without a reach around.
