The consoles they have available tend to be a little more expensive than would be found on the general used market, but they tend to be priced well according to their condition, priced lower than other game stores in the area, and every console I've gotten from them has been quite clean and in perfectly operational condition. As far as games go they have an immense selection, with there being dozens to hundreds of games for a myriad of consoles, with all of them priced very reasonably. They are also very good about assisting with any issues you come across. Trade in values are really reasonable. when I have traded consoles in to them I have not felt that I was being low balled, and I can genuinely tell that they were trying to find the best balance between the best value they could offer me and what would benefit them. Most importantly, staff have always been incredibly friendly. As an LGBT+ person, I feel welcome there, like a normal person shopping for games, unlike other places I've been where staff have been relatively cold, more so the more androgynous my appearance. When others turned me away and laughed in my face, these guys were totally there for me. I had a Nintendo Wii that I wanted to sell, and I know I wasn't going to get much money but they were compassionate and gave me an actual offer for my Wii without controllers and my 4 Wii accessories (2 guitar hero guitars, Tony Hawk Skateboard and Wii Board).
