The Blue Mug Coffee Bar @35th — Restaurant in Greeley

Me and my sister have recently been looking for a good place to get some coffee nearby. Starbucks was the more expensive option so we decided to try blue mug. The coffee is great and the prices are reasonable; we usually get iced coffee and the ice to Coffee proportion is good there's not a lot of ice but there's plenty of coffee. The drinks are customizable so if you want to get add ons you can; as for the pastries we have not tried any yet and the service is awesome the employees are very friendly and know how to make you feel welcomed and at ease although there is one person working at a time, they are speedy with the orders and are very understanding of ones time. Loved the ambience, and staff was very friendly. My only problem was the coffee must have been old. I asked for a lighter strength. But the one I pumped my cup with was very strong and bitter. I think maybe since coffee is their main feature. They might want to consider keeping it fresh. After I poured it the gal said I could have a refill as she was going to dump it soon. Well as it was I got pretty loaded on the caffeine. One cup was plenty and I still am not sure why I finished it. But I'm willing to try again, because of the friendly service and cleanliness. Pretty good. Only one person working when I got in, and there was a couple ordering ahead of me. Took a while to get my order taken, the a while longer to get my order filled. I ordered the club sandwich, and the menu stated a Choice of pesto or ranch. I asked for ranch, but was informed that they don't have ranch.
