Read moreSo I just witnessed my fiance absolutely fumed with anger as she came back to our car without the order that she said we were late to pickup...when the reality of the situation was that our order#14c3e06a was not even started yet our pickup time was1235 and she returned to explain her frustrations at 12 55. And we were scheduled to bring this special order to a family event with our elderly loved ones and had to keep that schedule if we were to have waited it would have taken way too long for 1 person to fulfill order ... mngmnt on staff was not professional as she smiled and waved when she was exiting... overall I feel that with proper management that focuses on time management and customer relations the place could get back to what it was .
