A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Greeley

So I'm posting this from inside the store. I've been here an hour and I'm still waiting on my food. Everytime I'm here everyone is always so painfully slow and half the time my orders are wrong. Turnover rate seems to be incredibly high. While ordering food, the employee decided to tell me what I was ordering was "a lot of food, am I sure?". Rather unprofessional. The employees are mostly standing around looking at the order screen like it's in ancient hieroglyphs. There's no reason it should take AN HOUR for 2 pieces of chicken, a chicken sandwich and a cheese curd.

Update: I had ordered my food at 7:26. When I received my food it reached 8:10. About 8:00 I had asked what the ETA on my food was. The clerk (Anjelicae) checked my receipt and told me I had only been waiting 24 minutes. When I finally got my food, my 2pc drum and thigh meal were not even in the bag.

After this I can't say I recommend coming here ever...

When I ordered through the drive through, the boy didn't hear my food order, only the drink exception. It wasn't a big deal, I told him at the window and he was super sweet! He's a good kid. I think, the manager put my burger together, not sure. Someone in a black and white stripped short tossed my bag on the counter. When I got home, the burger was put together worse than I've ever seen and drenched in sauce. I didn't even finish it. Cheese curds are good and the root beer freeze was good, but... I don't think I'll be back again because I paid $16 for a meal where I had two bites of a burger, some cheese curds, and a shake. Do better guys. My husband and I decided we wanted to eat here, I have taken offense to the incident as I'm an African American woman the staff I saw there today was caucasion, not one time were we acknowledged, not even a hello! Not only were we not acknowledged but no one told us we will be right with you, they just kept looking at us as though we needed to disappear! We stood at the counter with no one in front of us or behind us so it's safe to say they were not busy, but who can be busy enough to NOT say hello I will be right with you! Never again! I don't care how good their food is I WILL NOT RETURN EVER! I WILL ALSO be contacting their corporate office as I feel nothing will be done by going to the manager in that restaurant!
