Terrible customer service. Came to pickup a greenhouse and was told by the overweight lady, that she was unable to load it and we need to come back another day. I offered to load with another guy who was helping me, and she said no, and I get the liability issues. But I asked if the other gentleman working could help, but was told he cannot leave the register. At which point I asked if she could run it while helps and again was told no. Very helpful people here. Facility clean, well lit, and clear/accessible aisles. Shelves and displays are very well stocked. I called to inquire about a large box item's availability. In addition, the phone was answered properly, I found what I was looking for, and the associate said he would bring it to the front of the store to be waiting for me. Enter the store 30 minutes before closing. Store supervisor, Sam, was quick to remind me they close in 30 minute. I informed I know what I needed and I'll be at checkout before closing.
