I ordered a Papadia when I placed my order for pizza which did not arrive when my order arrived. I mentioned it to the delivery person and they had their manager call me back. Supposedly he is the general manager of this Papa John’s location which is the Packerland location in Green Bay, WI. He said the mistake was mine, that I never ordered it, and refused to send out the missing Papadia. He had no empathy in his tone of voice and insistent no error was made on the restaurant’s part. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused. He the basically gave me an 800 number for tech-support due to him saying my order must have been an error caused by the website and not the local restaurant. I explained to him I would be glad to call this number but I also wanted to speak to his supervisor due to his lack of empathy and customer service abilities. He refused again to provide me a local contact. I advised I would shop elsewhere for pizza in the future due to this experience to which he replied he was sorry to hear that but he cannot fix an ordering error I made. This manager took no ownership of the problem, did not empathize with me the customer, and appeared just to want to get me off the phone. This Papa John’s location has a manager who does not know the meaning of customer service. Horrible service! Would not recommend...
Read morePizza was good. The delivery was not. Online ordering said it would be 40-50 minutes. at 40 minutes I went outside to wait for the delivery and found my pizza sitting at my front door. It was obvious it had been there for 5-10 minutes and was cold. No door bell ring knock at the door etc. Maybe use more than a canned reply comment next time 'owner'.
Same thing months later. Obviously no regard to the comments left here besides a copy and paste comment. I don't really care but this time wrong sauce too and multiple phone calls before. Instructions were about as clear as they could be. Delivery instruction only left like 20 characters but it also said no contact delivery. Said "ring door bell please". No door bell rang, wrong sauce, and was only hot because of the bad experience I had last time.
The owner was not the one replying to my last comment, or if it was they were redirecting me to some desk person who responds to these. If this is a franchise, I'd be ashamed to work for you. If this is corporate you should maybe use more than a copy and paste email and not say it is...

Online says one price got charged double the price and none of the seasoning packets are free like all other pizza places I can understand that it's expensive but I didn't ask for ten or more I asked for two each and I got charged for each tiny little package. On top of it I get called from the 800 number to confirm my address and I had to repeat and spell the street name the street the hotel is literally 5 blocks from the pizza place. I'm very disappointed about it I'm very disappointed in this restaurant service. And I wonder if they treat all visitors that don't know addresses to their hotel like this. I gave hotel name and address and room number and I had to repeat it 6 times. I live in Green Bay all my life and never dealt such horrible service in my life.
