Scam artists. Visited a Whatnot stream from this store and witnessed them constantly hyping up someone who kept waiting until last second to outbid people with a max bid. This prompted people in the chat to get a little frustrated. After this goes on for a while, the employee named Kevin, stepped out for another employee to come take over. This new employees first comment is, "Wow, why did this go for so cheap chat?" and began to belittle their potential customers for not paying more because they have chances at higher value items and, "If you were told you could buy 3 packs and have a chance at a Fossil pack, you'd be stupid not to buy it every time." That drew the line for me, belittling customers for not wanting to overspend after watching about 60 wheel spins land on 3 Scarlet and Violet packs over and over. They had the average set at $21 with a floor of $12, saying they were being generous and undervaluing market price per pack by $1, which yes, is nice. But when you claim average is $21 with about 80 options to hit under $21, about 10 options for $20-30, another 5 around $50, and 3 around $120? It's very clearly a skewed average. As soon as they were called out in chat after belittling customers for not spending more, they began calling their chat stupid, saying they didn't know basic math, and once they were being proven wrong by the sheer fact of what was happening, they proceeded to ban said user who called them out for being scummy to their customers. They then proceeded to justify all their actions and bad mouth the chatter that they banned. They then got both employees on the stream and they began blabbering about "statistically someone will hit the high value items" and "statistically the average is higher now with less low value items left" and began arguing the average was now higher, which is correct as time goes by, but used this to begin calling chat out more for not paying enough.
Long story short, if you are mad things aren't selling at the price you want them to go at as a minimum? Start the bids there, not at $1. Or, don't throw in "high end" items that you don't want to lose to cheaper. And, on a business level, maybe don't belittle your customers? So, besides the belittling, probably not a bad store. But I cannot morally justify ever acting like that with customers who shop with you and are the reason your store is able...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is probably one of the best card companies around wisconsin. So absolutely generous and trustworthy I would urge anyone around to take the trip out to the show to experience the great people and product WCC has to offer. My wife pulled an enchanted on a live stream of WCCs and they accommodated her by allowing to pick the card up so she didn't have to worry about shipping. I love the vibes and morals this place has please join the WCC family when you...

I traded them for a Paradox Rift Pokémon Center ETB for my master set, the guy said the trade evened out to the total of $145 (at the time). Looking back I know he ripped me off because the cards where in great condition and worth ALOT more, I'm still regretting the trade to this day!!!...
