The are usually pretty chill in there. My internet is okay and reasonably priced. I did have a name change recently and had to get a new debit card. So to be proactive I went in store to change my debit card over for my auto debit. Auto debit is 2 days before the payment is due so I was in before it was due but not enough to have that 1 payment auto debited so I had to pay an extra $5 which is fine, but they told me the next payment and those after would be auto debited. Which is cool, but unfortunately they never set it up. And nobody ever showed me how to setup the app. Which again. Fine. However. Our WiFi stopped working yesterday and we couldnât figure out why so I spent most of the day trying to figure out how to setup an account and which app to do it on. There is 2. Then I found out my WiFi got shut off because it never charged my account and now I owe them $160 or at least $88 to restore my internet. Instead of the $60 that was supposed to be auto debited this month. I donât like to complain, but I am kind of upset because I thought it was taken care of. But at the end of the day they are cheaper than spectrum and the internet quality is alright. I just wish I would have known that my payment wasnât setup right. I just started a business for my music and mixing so I rely a lot on having internet so it was a bit frustrating for nothing to be working and not knowing why. No phone calls. No emails that I could find telling me my payment wasnât good. And even if they got auto spammed or are buried there somewhere, itâs still frustrating because I thought this was...

I watched the whole time the employee never got out of his seat. I guess sprint like to play their employees to sit and give poor customers service. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE STOP AT THIS LOCATION IF THEY NEED HELP WITH THEIR PHONES!
To your reply "owner" I have been to your store twice and you have done the Sam thing. Told me to wait and then eventually say I should go to another store If I wanted help. All why you're sitting in your nice...
Read moreWorse experience ever had trying to upgrade to new phone. Went in to help my 84 old Mother get new phone. After picking out phone we were sent home to set up everything ourselves. Our salesperson didn't even give us the box, new cord, manual...nothing. Just the phone! Well as it was almost closing time we were told to come back the following morning, so we did. After arriving we were told there was nothing they could do to help us đ¤Ź!! We stormed out and went to the T-mobile store in mall where we were taking care and not talked to like we were idiots. Thank you to the T-mobile store in mall and their employees for going above and beyond to help my 84 year old Mother. The store on Mason Street could take some customers service lessons...
