If I could give no star, I would I went to this place to fix my iPhone screen when I told the lady that I do not want to lose money on this phone I asked if there’s any deals on screen she told me let me talk to my boss when she comes back she told me a certain price and if I only wanted a diagnostic it will be $25 so I told her to fix it the same day she called me like five times at night time and I didn’t know what the issue was so I waited until Friday to pick up my phone when I pick up my phone She charge me another total different price because she told me she wasn’t charging taxes. That was the flat rate, but ended up charging me more than what she told me I do not recommend this please. If you have a business, you should honor the price that you told the customer and not fix the item, and then tell them is another price when is pick up you should honor the employee and customer...

I went the Fix it Proz today on a pickle. I was hesitant to have someone other than an Apple Authorized store touch my work phone. But I was desperate, a piece from my charger got stuck in my charging port of my IPhone. I didn’t know what I was going to do but I remembered passing this business last week and made a mental note jic I ever needed to have a phone fixed and today was that day. I rushed up here to see if they could help me and they did!!! Hector was AWESOME OMG! I need my phone for work to log onto my server. He was a lifesaver today. I will come back here any day without hesitation!!! It gets better he didn’t even charge me because it only took 5 seconds to remove the broken piece. I appreciate great customer service and honesty. I am so happy with the care I received today!!!

well I dont even know were too start . this place is simply amazing . i found them online and called for pricing for not only my screen but my rear facing camera and the gentleman told me come in for him to look at it . when i went in they had no problem answering my questions about the products they were using as well as it was super fast with the repair . they also showed me my old LCD and told me it was china made parts which is why my phone was acting so wierd and certain things werent working . i couldnt be happier with my service even though i only got my screen fixed due to them having to order the rear camera i will for sure be back . i will recommened everyone here as to the place i went before . its super cheap compared to everywhere else and they do a fantastic job . sorry for such...
