I will never in my life purchase any products from this facility. I hate the worst experience at the greenbelt location, but i would not recommend anyone going to ANY OF THERE LOCATIONS BECAUSE ITS UNDER THE SAME MANAGER. The manger is the most arrogant dis functional person i had to ever deal with. I purchased 4 bundles of Brazilian hair 2-24in 1-22in 1-20in. i complained two after my hair was installed that my 2-24in bundles were shedding and were very nappy. i called and asked one of the employees why was my hair acting this way, i thought it wasn't supposed to shed or tangle she recommenced that i do a deep conditioner,. so i tried that and it didn't work it actually got worst. i tried to contact their manger for the next 3 mo. i kept calling and calling trying to get his attention to call me back because every time i called he was never in the office so its now march i called and asked one of the employees "do you all even relay my messages to him because its been 3mo now and he has yet to call me back" she told me to come in the next day between 10-11am it was raining and i still decided to drive out of my way to finally meet the general manger and of course he didn't show. so i talked to one of the employees and was telling him my issues with my hair and he noticed that everything i was complaining about was true so he called his manger on the phone in front of me and told his manager that my hair was not in a good condition. the employee hung up and told me good news is we will replace you BACK 2 BUNDLES bad new is we don't have any in your length in stock. call back Monday we should get a shipment. so Monday comes and the 1st time n 3mo the MANAGER was actually in the office to talk 2 me. so i told him hello my name is denia sanders i was there on saturday your employee told me to call back on monday to see if my length came in so i could pick up my two bundles. THE MANAGER said ms.sanders i told him i would only replace 1 i said well he told me you would replace two so you need to honor that. he told me that he wanted me to set up a date so we could meet in person so he could see my hair for himself. so TODAY i go to meet him and ofcourse he didnt show ONCE MORE HE SAID HIS WINDSHIELD BROKE. UMMM you could of called and told me that instead of having me wait over a hr trying to figure out where you are. i work a overnight job this isn't fair. he told 2 of his employees to look at my hair and they told him what was wrong with it. he still insisted that he WAS ONLY GOING TO REPLACE 1 BUNDLE OF HAIR WILL 2 OF THEM HAVE A ISSUE. i told him this isn't fair 2 me ive been trying 2 verbally TALK to you for that past 3 mo tried too meet you twice and you only want to replace 1 set of hair when im having problems with two. then on top of that you still don't have my length in stock this is crazy. he had no sympathy for what i was going thought. my hair feels like a old pack of blackstar hair from beauty island. this isnt fair to me at all i spent over $400 on hair that turned to crap after 2weeks. its not my fault i got a bad batch of hair. SO THEN HE TELLS ME THAT AFTER HE GIVES ME A FREE REPLACEMENT BUNDLE THAT I NEED TO CUT MY BUNDLE OUT AND I HAVE 7DAYS TO MAIL IT 2 HIM. Read moreok the office is very nice and the hair so far from my family and friends i saw was wonderful,but the customer service from this one paticular rep was HORRIBLE! i came in the office so excited to purchase my hair ,being a first time customer i was alittle confused on how the process work,being as though i never bought hair from no where but a hair store,it was a tall african american lady who lean over her desk and told me and my sister come in her office.when i first walk in i ask prices about differnt lenghts and the hair quality she was very RUDE and had the worst attitude ever,not to mention she was wearing a very SHORT MINI DRESS with high heel knee boots which was very inapproaite for the office attire,i was asking question about the hair nad which one would be better to get ,and she sat there on her I phone and didnt answer any of my question my sisiter was telling me more about the hair then she was,being as though my sister just purchase hair from them,so i then turned to her and ask why she so up tight and not answering any of my question she then replied in a very LOUD RUDE VOICE talking very fast i could understand her and sid well you not asking me any question.i then said you aare suppose to be selling me the hair and you are not helping at all ,i then ask if they take debit she didnt reply to me again she jus got up and walk out the office ,Where i then saw her under garmets from her dress being so short,and she came back witha sheet and told me they dont have a debit machine so i had to write my information including my card info on that paper,which i was very uncomfortable with doing,so i then said to her ill just go to a near by bank and take cash out,she then RUDELY bald the paper she was going give me and got back on her Iphone,after going to the bank to get cash io came back in the office and she refuse to help me and told me go to the rep next to her and i told her you are very rude and nasty and she rolled her eyes and told me YOU CAN LEAVE! then went to get security and told him to excort us out after driving a 30 min ride from baltimore and leaving the office to find a machine nad being treated so bad i will never go there evere again sad to say,and the hair is really goood but i WILL NOT be treated...
Read moreHonestly, I haven't even received my hair yet, and I'm trying my best to remain optimistic but the lack of communication from Her Imports is disheartening. I order on Friday (albeit it was late), but after complying with their request to verify information, I spoke with a gentle named Jerome on Saturday who processed everything and assured me that my order would be shipping Monday (10/25/16) and that I would receive a confirmation and shipping number. Although it's only Tuesday, neither has occurred and Her Imports received full payment for my order on Sunday. I've tried calling the support number three times this morning and no-one has answered. Prior to ordering several of my close friends told me how quick their shipping was, but Im not having that experience. Honestly, I was so excited to order hair from them and my excitement is slowly being replaced with frustration. I purchased my hair from them with certain expectations and I'm being let down. Hopefully the situation gets cleared up and I receive my hair before my scheduled installation this weekend. I just really wish communication was better because its taking away from the positive experience I expected to have with this company. I expect the hair to be great and in the event that it is, I think will be start going into the store location for my next purchase because the online is not the best.
Update: Yesterday I was finally able to get in touch with someone named Morgan and she was very helpful. Initially she informed me that my package still waiting to be shipped, but later on in the day I received a tracking number stating that my package actually shipped Monday (like it was supposed too) and she then followed up with me explaining what happened. After a few hours of confusion and multiple phone calls she informed me that my package must've been shipped from a store instead of their warehouse and because of this the shipping information wasn't updated correctly which caused the overall confusion.
