It's a shame that local business treat people the way they do sometimes. I'd like to support this business. It's impossible to do with such poor customer service. Tried to return boots to the store that were not wearable. I actually wanted to exchange them. I was talked down too and interrupted multiple times and forced to clean some boots that had some dust on them just to return them. They actually expect you NOT to wear the boot before you return them. Which in itself is a policy that needs someone with intellect to adjust. Make sure you obtain the tags( Clerk removed the tags and kept them, then told me I needed them to return the boots) and give your boot a nice shine before you return the boots. I was laughed at by the clerk in a very condescending way. I didn't say anything to her at all at that point. I just got my money back and left. I will never step foot in this store again. Due to the poor customer service I would NOT recommend shopping here. The reason for the return is because there were rubbing my sons ankles raw, he could not physically wear the boots. So they had no wear or tear on them at all. There was a small amount of dust on the boots and the lady would not return them unless they were...

Absolutely love this shop!! We are new to the area and my friends took me a couple of weeks ago and I fell in love with the store and this purse. Hubby asked what I wanted for my birthday and I knew exactly what to tell him!! We went on a Saturday right when they opened to go snag my purse I have being looking at. That was my hubbies first time in the store and he was amazed at the selection of work boots. Needless to say that’s where his next work pair will come from. The store associate that was working that day was so sweet and attentive to us! My husband had questions about some boots and she was on it!! The prices are very reasonable and there is a good selection of everything in store for both men and women (but if it’s not there they do orders for customers!!) Definitely will be a returning customer. My only advice is to go on a pay day because it’s hard to just walk out...

I originally tried to order a pair of Ariat mules directly from the Ariat website, but my order was canceled because my size was sold out—yall, I was so disappointed. Then I stumbled across this amazing little boutique that offered online ordering, and they truly saved the day! My order was shipped out the very next day, and they even included an adorable koozie as a surprise bonus. I’m so happy I found this hidden gem of a store and will definitely be ordering from them again...
